We have just checked out today from a 2-night stay, where we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace, and the staff had gone to the trouble of creating a towel art love heart with a 10 in rose petals in the middle. That was a lovely touch!
The location is perfect, right on the lake in Torbole, although there is a busy road in between. It’s conveniently located to the bus stop and the ferry terminal.
Breakfast was nice. A good selection of items to choose from and as it was served in the Aqua restaurant it overlooks the lake so has beautiful views.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all of the team we had the pleasure of interacting with.

Good location and great service. The quality of the mattresses was sub standard for a 4 star hotel (at least the room we stayed in: 401). I would suggest to stay away from the rooms on the 4th floor as the windows are very small and the “balcony” is not really a balcony.

This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. I would pay an extra fee for valet but I don’t think they offer it. I have yet to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast spread was definitely above average for a small hotel. I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk personnel and the lady who made my cappuccino because they were super awesome, friendly, and just overall genuine positive energy - like they are all happy working there. I feel it says a lot about their employers. The hotel is very near the beach and lots of restaurants within the area. Definitely coming back next month!

Aurora the concierge was amazing! She was super helpful and happy. A pure joy! The property was super clean and helpful at every turn. No, was never an answer!!! Exceeded my expectations! All staff was amazing!!

This hotel is well placed in the centre of Torbole on the lakefront. We arrived around midnight and were well looked after by Martina. Our room was spacious but the carpet was heavily stained - as if a builder had walked through with cement on his/her boots! At breakfast, hot foods not replenished and we had to actively seek a waiter for tea/coffee. Car parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel - it might’ve 5 minutes as they say if you’re under 35. Not a cheap hotel - shop around!

Property and restaurant overlook the lake and my room also had a stunning lake view. Rooms are clean, shower had great water pressure. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with access to a juicer to create your own fresh juice- nice touch. The hotel is centrally located to all, bus stop, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Busatte Tempesta Hiking Trail. I would come back here!

Location and view were superb. Staff were fantastic, always had a smile and a name for you. Food and service were amazing, Pierrot, Evano, Deborah, Greta, Samantha could not have been more attentive. Never met the room cleaners but everything was always spotless and clean towels everytime one was used. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Great hotel & amazing staff particularly on Reception, ready to help & always smiling. Lovely bathroom amenities & breakfast is large & varied. Spectacular views of the lake, really close to restaurants and bars that have amazing food especially fresh fish. Water sports are really close too. A very short walk to get the boat for day trips to some equally beautiful towns. Overall an amazing hotel, great situation incredible staff & we'd definitely go back.

We had two good nights in this hotel, with wonderful view on the lake, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. A nice walk to riva del garda is easy and accessible directly from the hotel. The only point is isolation in our room (music from the restaurant) but it wasn’t late so not a problem for us.

The hotel is very good. Location is excellent if at Torbole lots of restaurants and shops around. Aqua restaurant is top! The breakfast buffet is the best I had in a long time and all the staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Thanks.

Trip was great hotel staff were really good and friendly. View from the room was amazing. Bad point was the spa alot of money for me and my wife to have a 10 minute treatment each and access to spa facilities. The spa was beautifull but the massage was rushed and not good quality. We complained about this and Nicolas dealt with it best he could and couldnt have been more helpfull our full holiday. Still feel like it should have been clear from the outset as to what length of treatment you recieve as left a bitter taste to an otherwise amazing holiday.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Lago di Garda for one night and the experience was great. The staff were very friendly, they upgraded our roon and the location of the Hotel is spectacular. We had breakfast included which was a great Buffet with a view of the lake. The price is quite affordable and the views on that side of the Lake are great. Higly recommend it.
