Just one night, we have a good impression of the hotel!

Hotel was dirty. Halways floor were full of stains as it was the room floor. Guy in reception did not speak even in english. Room was advertised as 2 individual beds with 1 double bed. It got just 1 double bed with a couch.

This is an ok hotel, located at walking distance from Perpignan's centre. It is not easy to find, since the entrance is not well marked, but you get there eventually. Rooms were ok, although a bit small for the amount of furniture. Bathroom was good, and so were beds. So a good choice for a short stay, at reasonable price.

Nice place to stay

Modern suite hotel well located for the historic quarter. Suite was very spacious and comfortable with excellent bathroom. Although there is kitchenette with kettle, microwave, sink and fridge, we were surprised that other than two paper cups, there were no utensils, plates or cutlery so there was nothing you could do. Possibly a hangover from covid but seems a waste. Note although garage parking is directly below the hotel there is no lift and no direct access to the hotel. Best to drop your luggage on the street or walk up the ramp.

comfortable rooms just starting to show some signs of age but still easily the best in the city centre, communal areas (halls especially) in need of a refresh. Great central location , easy parking underneath

A good quality of rooms and facilities including what you'd expect from a 4* hotel plus a mini kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink. Very covid compliant and well-managed, near the centre of town and pleasant staff to deal with any queries.

Great location by the nightlife area of Perpignan. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to the center of the town. Not close to the train station but it is walkable.

Functional, but nothing more.

Considering the COVID situation - we felt very well in this hotel! Good location / good facilities...

Amazing room and very comfortable, the wi-fo was not the best, but a litter aspects of the room were great. Very comfortable bed and great shower and good tv package.

Overall a great stay in a comfortable room with a reliable brand.

Helpful staff and clean rooms would stay again as we have stayed in these hotels previously

I wold never rate this hotel as 4 stars. I arrived in the early afternoon. There is no parking space in from of the hotel,only one handicapped space which was taken. there was only one employee in the entire hotel behind the desk. No carriage or wagon or anyone to help with the luggage. We had to park the car in a public garage quite close to the hotel entrance. However, the hotel is not connected to the garage and their is not elevator in the garage. We had to carry our luggage from the parking space in the garage to the hotel. AS there was no wagon or carriage, we had to make two trips. When we made the reservation , we requested a king size bed or two single beds. At check in, we were told there are no king size beds in the hotel-only queen size beds. The young ladies behind the desk were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. The breakfast was fine and the size of the room was OK. I would rate this hotel as 21/2 stars or 3 stars at most.

The hotel is not at the level of what I expected. It needs a major refresh.

Terrible experience for a 4 stars hotel. No one help with the luggage, elevator stopped working in the morning of the check out for 30 min. Had to carry the luggage using the stairs, parking entrance far from hotel and also no elevator to take the luggage down had to carry them again. Receptionist wasn’t friendly and looking after Novotel suit and ibis budget at the same time from the connecting door. Also receptionist wasnt happy because i dont speak french.

Very well located hotel near the center. Parking on site. The family room was really small.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was clean, modern, secure, well equipped and in a great location a short taxi ride from the railway station or 15 minute walk. The area is very good with several bar/restaurants nearby and a short walk to the city centre. We love the Perpignan/Collioure area and visited last year by car. This year we travelled by train from London. In either case, we wouldn't hesitate to use this Novotel again.

We loved our hotel room! It was fresh, clean, modern, and comfortable. We did have a challenge not splashing water from the sink in the little toilet room on the floor. Our room was delightful. Loved the white sheer curtains! Nice touch, We had a great view of the Pyrenees Mountains from our window. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Both days I was there, I was in the room during the afternoon - taking a nap one day and on a business phone call the other. I put the do not disturb sign on my door. The day I was napping, the maid just came in anyway which woke me up. The next day (a different maid) kept knocking and knocking until I answered (having to leave the conference call momentarily) so that she could ask if I wanted her to service the room. Im not sure why they have do not disturb signs if they are not going to honor them, but other than that, I had no problems.

We arrived late on Saturday night, Sept 2. The guy at the front desk could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect in every way - stylish and efficient. Bathroom was perfect. Highly recommended

Good hotel in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the old town centre with safe and secure parking underneath the hotel. Decent size family room for 4. My only complaint was that I struggled to understand the parking system when we checked in and muddled through pretty well in French. I asked the member of staff to speak more slowly for me which she didn't, but I got there in the end. Only to find that when we left the reception desk she made a phone call during which she spoke fluent English. Never mind!

Unfortunately it was very windy during our stay, the noise kept us awake at some point every night, when we asked about the level of noise hotel staff told us it was the hotel sign - have they thought of finding a solution! Apparently the mistral wind is very common in this area. There were lots of small things we had to bring to the hotel staff's notice. There were two of us in the room, only one bath towel, one hand towel, one sachet of coffee, very little milk, these were easy to rectify, but should have already been in place. We didn't have the breakfast as it seemed very expensive for what it was, only place to eat it was in a small area next to the reception.

The hotel is located just outside the city centre, in an area that was quiet during my visit. It is a short five minute walk to the main shopping area. The public areas (lobby, restaurant, fitness centre) are very small. The hotel was not busy during my stay, but at busy times I can imagine the breakfast service will be challenging. Breakfast was ok, but the buffet was somewhat limited. It was included in my room rate. I would not have paid separately for it. The room was very nice and well equipped. My only complaint was the floor, which did not feel clean. It most likely was clean, because the room was very clean in general, but the floor covering - a flat somewhat plastic-like carpet - did not feel good. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and excellent.
