To start with the positives -- the hotel is beautiful, charming (their motto, and for good reason) and staffed with kind and helpful people. The considerations -- (1) location-wise, it is inconvenient to most interesting parts of the city, so you're always in an Uber. (2) If you are unlucky enough to be put in one of the rooms on the first floor, be prepared not to sleep. The walls are very thin, and the room(s) are right by the breakfast area and courtyard. You can hear every conversation, and every fork/knife being put down. That makes sleeping very challenging.

What an absolute gem right in the middle of the city!! Turning off from the busy main road I felt that I was transported to Europe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Amenities were superb with a honesty bar and snacks provided 24/7 Will definitely highly recommend

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was over the top helpful. The private back garden was our favorite feature. Great place for a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing! Highly recommend.

Loved the decor and the outdoor / garden area. The lounge was nice too. Liked that we could select books to read whilst staying. The staff were fantastic. Big shout out to Abel. This hotel is in a great location. Very comfortable.

Excellent stay central location- Friendly staff who did not mind answering any and all questions-

Nicholas was very helpful so as all of your staff we had to interact with in morning and evening shifts alike. One example of many exceptional services .. We had to leave an hour before breakfast one morning and when we went down , hot beverages and warm croissants were all packed for us to take on the road.. now, that is a first class service!!!

Great find in the Providencia area of Santiago. Easy walk to the metro (although taxis are plentiful and really cheap). After a very long flight from London, welcomed at check-in by a very friendly staff member who allowed us early access to our room (thankfully). ROMs are slightly small but perfectly adequate for the time you'll spend in there and the ground floor public spaces, including the walled garden, are great places to relax. Breakfast isbyffet style with only scrambled eggs and bacon hot, but again lots of other treats to choose from. Honesty bar and complimentary evening snacks and tea/coffee is a nice touch. Staff always greet you and are a credit to this establishment.

Great small boutique style hotel that we used as a launching off point for our week in Santiago. Nice quiet side street off major street in Providencia area. Multiple great restaurants/bars within very short walking distance. Staff are super friendly and attentive, were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, airport transfers, and excursions (very full week of wineries, day trip to Valparaiso and a day of skiing at Valle Nevado). These guys are awesome, will definitely stay here again when we return to Santiago.

Pur stay was wonderful. One particularly excellent fearure was a private driver that the hotel works with. His name is Chris. He is knowledgeable about the countryside, wine country, fluent in English.

Le Reve hotel is an excellent hotel, with excellent staff. It also has some good restaurants and bars nearby. Really pleased with our choice and if we travel to Santiago again, we will choose this hotel.

We book-ended our visit to Chile, staying at Le Reve at the beginning and the end of our trip. We had a wonderful stay both times at the hotel. The staff was extraordinarily gracious letting us check in early and have a later check out. We loved the location and the charm of Le Reve. The room was bright and spacious and the breakfasts were great. Highly recommend Le Reve and hope to come back again.

Le Reve was a lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff and an awesome included buffet breakfast. The property’s patio is beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or just some moments of “down time” when those exist. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars that were busy and fun late into the evening.

LOVE this hotel! The friendly, helpful staff are the stars here. All speak some English; front desk staff speak excellent English. The hotel appears to cater to English-speaking guests, tho not exclusively. The staff helped us with arranging a car to pick us up at the Port of San Antonio, and for a car to the airport. Prior to our arrival, they responded very promptly to email correspondence. The room is very clean with modern ensuite bathroom. The room was not large but very comfortable with AC. A breakfast is served each morning and an honor bar is set up each evening. You can take breakfast or your drinks in the large lounge, or in the lovely, enclosed garden. This hotel reminded me of the best boutique hotels in Paris but with friendlier staff! Location is excellent, on a quiet street in Providencia neighborhood, lined with very good restaurants, 1/2 block from a major boulevard, 3 blocks from the river sculpture park and about 6 blocks from one of the "Hop-on Hop-off" bus stops and from a subway stop. Excellent all-around. Pictures on Hotels.com are accurate.

The staff,Francesco, Jose, Nicolas and the rest of the staff at this little Gem, went above and beyond to be helpful. The free breakfast was delicious, and afternoon Snack time also in the big atrium was delightful too. There were 9-10 good restaurants a few steps across the street and around the corner. Hop on and regular city buses were short walks away. Would definitely stay here again when in Santiago.

Just a total delight. Staff wonderful and accommodating. Room lovely with French doors opening to courtyard. Breakfast amazing. I could not fault this exquisite boutique hotel in a street with cute little bars and live music.Will definitely return.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor walled in garden are for breakfast and evening drinks. Liquor and beer is provided on an honor basis to report usage....very nice! We were able to check in early at 10:00 AM, which they happily accommodated. Very welcome for weary overnight travelers!!!

The hotel was so so charming and felt like a safe haven in the bustle of the busy city. The staff were nothing but lovely and incredibly helpful. The breakfast and cocktail hour in the sitting room was also a great treat!
