Disgusting.
Dried urine on the walls of my bathroom. When I told the front desk, staff were dismissive and rude.
Samatha the supervisor displayed the most egregious behaviour, literally laughing in my face.

We stayed one night. Room was good sized and had all conveniences. Breakfast was included and good. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is old and tired and has clearly had zero investment in many years. Ibwould not recommend and I would not stay here again.

The only reason for less than perfekt scores was a brokken coffeeshops machine and deslige a promise from reception it was never fixed

It was a nice stay. The hotel location is amazing especially if one gets rooms facing the valley. Only flip side is excessive mosquitos outdoors which probably are due to the location. But we didn’t see any measures from the hotel like a simple electric mosquito / fly grill - there is a nice pizza shop attached to the hotel which was very convenient considering few few options nearby. Placing order standing in a queue was a task due to the mosquito menace. The person working at the pizza shop was rude - but that’s not the hotel problem (in fact we had to remind him that we were occupants of the attached hotel and not any outsiders carrying free coupons!!)

RIP OFF!! Pictures of the rooms do NOT indicate the condition of the rooms! I took pictures of it myself it was so bad. This place was disgusting! Carpet so dirty I wouldn’t take my shoes off, build up of dirt around the sink faucet, peeling paint, dirty walls and light switches, the bathroom was disgusting…..the list goes on and on. Oh, and the breakfast was laughable and they only brought out very little at a time so people were constantly going without. Another guest was complaining at the front desk of water dripping from the ceiling of his room and they basically just shrugged their shoulders and offered him nothing. This is a $50 room, not $300 like they’re robbing people for!!

The dirtiness. What was revealed when I lysol-ed all contact surfaces, I was horrified. And when was the last time the carpets were cleaned?
Couldn't get a clear picture onthe TV.
Everywhere could use a fresh coat of paint.
