Poor management Bad attitude

I could not sleep well because people were talking at night. There were cockroach crawling on my bed and table.

Did not really match the pictures, the bed is metal and sticks out past the mattress. Ran into frame often. The room is small, water pressure is ok.

I didn’t get the 2 beds I booked. Seems like they over booked those rooms. Some notice would have been nice. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean and the front desk was responsive to our minor issues. It is a no frills, quite, clean, safe place to stay.

Room size was great but cannot utilize the kitchen as there were no utensils, people on holiday do not bring pots & pans etc. Room was very hot as the air con was not put on before we arrived, the day temp was over 100 and it took all night to cool down. Towels what can I say, they were terrible half the size of a bath towel they were thread bare with holes and exfoliated your body while using them. Could not access the internet most of the time. We requested a downstairs room but that didn't happen, it would have been nice to have received an email saying our Kitchenette room was upstairs and no lift, then we could have made the decision weather to find somewhere else to stay. All in all the only good thing about the place was the room size.

The employee In the front was very nice and helpful my stay was quiet and nice Would recommend really clean I did have a leak on my toilet but the front office was quick to act and help me so definitely will be coming back I highly recommend

It was a very small and dirty room. The cover to the air conditioner fell off during the middle of the night and scared me with the loud banging sound. So many stains on the walls. The second day, the housekeeping staff dropped off towels but did not make the bed. I will NEVER stay here again.

I like this place that's why, I was back the second time, but the only downside was on the second visit, the room and bathroom smelled like someone farted, but I opened the door and the exhaust fan, and bought my air spray so that helps, owner and staff so far are kind Will be back again.

I've stayed here many times but this stay I was very disappointed. Cockroach in the room. Pieces of hair in supposedly clean room. The Mimi fridge was leaking. Good thing the A/C was functional.

Rooms are so small and found 2 roaches.

Bed was so springy and bouncy, overall room looked decent , restroom lighting was awful one of the bulbs was out so it was kinda dark from ceiling light, worst of all got out the shower , walked out of restroom and discovered this bug on the wall so it was a no for me at that point , was definitely not sleeping there. Dude at the front offered me another room but in my opinion, if one room has bugs , they probably all do ? I wil not be returning , of course no compensation was even something the property or hotels.com offered.

So comfortable, quiet and beautiful. GREAT STAFF, very friendly and efficient. I absolutely loved our stay here. It's a wonderful hidden gem. Gorgeous shower, beautiful grey rooms. Plenty of sockets and USB charging ports, nice size tv, great internet, cable channels, absolutely amazingly comfortable bed. The room is pretty much silent unless there are people outside, which pretty much never happened while I was there. I will always come back here.

There were cockroaches everywhere, the sheets were stained, the microwave greasy, and the walls are paper thin, its as if the neighbours on each side were snoring in our bed ... Strongly discourage from going there. But hey, there is a fridge ...

Front desk people at night are real friendly

Saw MULTIPLE Roaches, was blatantly lied to by the staff when I called and asked if there was any form of transportation that passes through Disneyland. The Front office workers were rude, when i asked for replacement towels the Office worker was very rude when the office was empty so it wasn’t stress induced by a rush. The Manager Mad Dogs (stares with a angry look) you while you are in the parking lot/Out of your room. The Beds were SUPER stiff with worn down pillows. The only thing positive was the room cleaners, they were super nice & attentive with any inconvenience although there wasnt any “Do not disturb” signs. It is very hard to look past the flaws, i definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
