The room was well appointed and on the ground level.
Breakfast was very good overlooking the garden.

This was a quality establishment that was in proximity to a good restaurant and the airport.

The dinner at the restaurant was a 5 star. Far exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend.

The hotel is gorgeous. It has a very old and luxurious feel about it.
Breakfast was fantastic. It was very quiet. The staff are exceptional. Friendly , courteous, and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit again

Personnel was very friendly, rooms were very neat and decorated with love and care.the breakfast was outstanding. We booked 3 rooms and were all very pleased.
We had a moldy smell in our bathroom, which was uncomfortable. The blinds in some of the rooms could be darker.

Convenient location to the Castle, beautiful facilities, warm and inviting decor, free parking, lovely staff - very helpful! Good breakfast, comfy beds.
Nothing! There is no lift but that’s to be expected in a manor house.

Staff and service were extremely friendly and helpful. Slept like a log in the beds and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely come again.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff went above and beyond and the room was clean and spacious.
However, the room was a little noisy and you could hear the noise from the corridor and room next door.

The lady (didn't catch her name) that greeted us and checked us in was possibly the nicest person ive ever encountered in a hotel.
The room was spacious and the breakfast the next morning was fresh and very enjoyable.

Staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Upgraded our room which was a treat and Opened the bar for us to have a few cocktails before heading to Bunratty Castle which was a five minute walk down the hill. Great stay!
