This hotel is dingy, outdated and noisy. There was only one outlet for modern adapters so I had to charge my electronics on the floor in a corner. Bedding was worn. Paid for a "jacuzzi suite" and when I arrived the shower wand was broken and the tub would not drain. The manager was not able to repair it. After I insisted that I would need to bathe they showed me to a much smaller room and would not refund me the difference in price. The only positive thing I can say is that there was a good breakfast.

Very good location near restaurants and shopping. Easy to drive to and convenient parking. The room didn't have enough surfaces to set things on and would benefit from addition of a table besides the small bedside tables. Otherwise very comfortable and the balcony is a nice touch.

Pros: super unique artsy hotel with incredible decorations and color schemes. Great location with parking. Great staff. Good value. Cons: our room had a corner bath but no shower. There was a handheld shower head in the tub but very inconvenient. The worst toilet bowl ever. The porcelain was too close to your genitalia. Bad news for men. The breakfast was quite adequate for us but the variety was very limited compared to other hotels in this class. There is a huge construction project across the street. Noisy. Didn’t bother us because by the time we came home at 8 or 9 at night it was already quiet. Conclusion: I would still recommend this hotel. The pluses outweigh the minuses. I hope the owners can make some minor adjustments.

They didn’t know that I was VIP. The room was no view, No good ilumination, 2 lamps light no working. Good brekfas but they didn’t offer to me eggs cooked to order. But they do with others guests.

My husband and I travel internationally often and not are easily impressed. This boutique hotel is lovely, charming and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! The front desk staff was friendly & helpful - thank you, Roberto, Francesca and Monica!!! We’ve got a traffic ticket and they helped us to deal with that. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay here last week! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast delicious, the bed and room super comfy and the best shower in our trip to Austria and Italy! Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics.

The hotel‘s central location makes for an excellent choice. Driving to other attractions is convenient. However, the availability of parking space could be a challenge if all guests drive and fill up all available spaces. We were fortunate. Access to the parking area takes a bit of careful driving due to the narrow passage and slope. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wide selection of food for breakfast makes for a pleasant start to the day.

Great staff and excellent location. Short walk to Faloria gondola. Breakfast is nice. Very eclectic decorations. Hard to describe. Room was spacious and clean but had no windows. Only a couple sky lights. We definitely enjoyed the hotel and would stay again

Great choice for top quality Boutique Hotel. Beeakfast is excellent with plenty of selections. Walking distance to main turist area and shopping. Convenience location for Ski transportation by local bus’shuttle to slopes. Elisabetta is a great locandiera you can count for advise where to go and dinning options

Lovely small hotel in the center of Cortina, very clean and modern with a really nice breakfast room. The only negative is the walls / door to the room are thin and you can hear other guests in the hallway. It was distracting.

Ambra Contina is wonderful. Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Located in the middle of the restaurants and shopping and access to the ski lifts. Won’t hesitate to visit again and again.

The room is MEGA SMALL and the NOISE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REST OR SLEEP!

Steps away from the clock tower and the shops and restaurants, the hotel was very welcoming and a perfect location for everything Cortina has to offer. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. Attention to detail in all the rooms made it a special stay. The breakfast was lovely.

Ambra Cortina was a warm and cozy little hotel we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly - we took their advise on restaurants and had very memorable meals. The hotel has interesting theatrical design in the common areas, yet quiet and comfortable in the the rooms.

The property itself was great however there is a lot of construction in Cortina which was not expected a little disappointing.

First hotel room I've ever been in without a shower. Very poorly designed bathroom. Front desk seemed disjointed. Nothing about this is 4 star, 3 at most.
