This is a large, newer hotel, 10 minutes walk to the square. Staff was very helpful in assisting us to find travel between small towns to visit.

This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center.

In walking distance of the main sights and plenty of dining options. We were travelling off season so practically had the hotel to ourselves but that didn’t stop them stocking a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms very clean and front desk staff very helpful. Parking easy in their own secure lot.

This is at least our fifth visit to the hotel. It is functional but basic. Minimal products supplied in the room. The staff members are friendly and welcoming and show recognition. The breakfast is lacking in fresh produce. L’Attico restaurant is good

This property was conveniently located to the historic center of Ostuni. They had parking available very close by. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast has a large assortment and everything was fresh and delicious. The room is a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel. Very helpful staff, nice rooms and only a ten minute walk to the heart of the old town. Very good restaurant within the hotel and superb breakfast every morning. Overall, a very good choice.

The property offers different pictures than the reality. The room was located in a kind of extension of the hotel, it was under average (price/experience) I don’t recommend this place.
The restaurante was ok (good food/wine).

The staff could not be nicer, The room had an issue when I arrived (smoke from previous occupants)and they sorted the problem immediately with an upgrade.
The value is very good as the location is excellent. It is outside the old town but that surprisingly is lovely as the old town was so busy. The only negative is the food. Breakfast has a huge choice but quality poor. Under ripe fruit, orange juice from concentrate, it would be better to reduce options but serve better quality food. Dining hall uncomfortably hot, No air conditioning except one standing fan in a very large room.

The hotel was great, walking distance to the City center. It has parking very close. Our room was in front of a busy street so it was a bit noisy with traffic.

Hotel was just outside Centro storico (maybe a 10-15 min walk) so it was super convenient. Staff were great and the room was a typical modern, business hotel room which suited me just fine.

Fantastic hotel close to the historic centre of Ostuni. Very warm welcome, lovely room with great balcony and view of the city. Very clean and comfortable, free parking in secure lot, excellent service from all staff.

The Monte Sarago hotel is well placed with a lovely view of the town of Ostuni. The room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was tasty and the facilities seemed good. Parking was also provided. The only note to mention is that the swimming pool is actually a huge hike up a very steep and long set of stairs rather than being near the hotel. So be warned if you're with children or have bags.
Unfortunately there was a large medical conference on while we were there, so it did feel awkward going to breakfast or the terrace as we had to walk through it. However the hotel is well soundproofed and we didn't notice them other than when we were around reception/restaurant.

Location - easy to find and 5 minutes walk from Ostuni old town which is a real positive for the hotel.

Maria at the front desk reception was great. We got locked out on the patio because the door locked thank God we had one phone to call the front desk or that would have been so dangerous. The manager didn’t care too much about our situation. Breakfast was good.

Modern property a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. Friendly staff with numerous fruits, pastry and cake choices available for breakfast.
The swimming pool is located a brief walk up roughly 10 stories of steps from the main hotel. A shuttle van is available to take guests to the pool. The process to take the shuttle could be more efficient as the wait exceeded 25 minutes on each of our visits.

Modern hotel located a 10 minute walk from Ostuni old town. Reception staff spoke excellent English and could not do enough to be of assistance. Great room with balcony overlooking the old town. Comfy bed, good storage, fridge, quiet and effective air-con. Bathroom spotless with powerful shower and soft towels. Excellent continental breakfast. Lovely pool up very steep steps, although there is a shuttle service on request. Secure parking opposite, underground parking also available. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Hotel Monte Sarago! The hotel was very modern and had great facilities both in-room and around the hotel. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing. Buffet breakfast was also great. Good value for money just outside the Ostuni old town (10 min walk)

Really well run, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast choices(but in large, functional room). Great pool with amazing view over old town. Busy road at front of hotel so avoid front rooms if you like quiet. Car park is on the opposite side of this road from the hotel. Easy, pleasant walk into old town.

Staff told us we booked a handicapped room by mistake and want ed to charge 20 more euro for a comparable room without handicapped accommodations
