The service was great! Food was average. Does not have hot water in the mornings for shower. In the evening its just warm water. Needs new carpet

Loved staying at this hotel. The restaurant food was excellent as were the whole staff and personnel. As for feeling safe, we couldn’t have felt safer than we did here. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is our top choice for lodging in San Pedro Sula. While convenient to most locations, it is off the busy thoroughfares. The staff are gracious and helpful, the rooms and campus clean, attractive quiet, and the breakfast excellent.

Good but no bartender on duty so no margaritas!

The park is not limited, and the existing one is uncomfortable, you have to move cars before leaving, and if you happen to be in the park or upstairs, it has no connection to the Hotel and you have to walk 60 meters down the street without lighting, but that is the guard has the gate open otherwise, you have to call the resection to have them open it, the rooms smell musty, the corridors and uncomfortable steps have many uneven changes between them and ramps that cause tripping, the elevator totally dirty in this time of COVID is unforgivable. I am very sorry to have brought an important foreigner on business there.

Excellent hotel the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the food was delicious. I will be staying here again next time I’m in Honduras

Nice hotel near the merendon mountain. Food was nice and rooms are good. Air conditioner works really well, San Pedro is a hot city.

Hotel located near the shopping center and night time activities in San Pedro Sula. Breakfast and dinner are served on the premises; menu is small but adequate. Most accommodations in town are expensive as far as value for money, and this one rates around the middle. For US/Canada customers, they have a Miami telephone No. for questions.

Great price, nice pool, comfortable rooms. Hotel staff is very friendly, simple but tasty breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like is that the a/c wasn't cold enough.

We stayed here for one night after taking the bus from La Ceiba (after spending time in Roatan) to spend the night in San Pedro Sula to catch our flight back to the States. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was pleasant, and helped us arrange transport to the airport. We didnt see much of the surrounding areas since we were literally just there to spend the night. Theres a nice little swimming pool, wifi and cable TV. Restaurant was a bit pricy.
