This place was amazing! The condo we stayed in was very homey and clean. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!!

It was secluded but had many up-to-date amenities. The clubhouse was very nice and close to our unit.

Beautiful condo and location.

The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed. The pool area was very nice and everything was clean. The property is close enough to everything, but far enough away to be out of all the main traffic area! Office staff wasn’t the most helpful when asked about things to do, but that’s ok, they were efficient and check in and out was easy!

It was just what we needed, it was quite and relaxing

We love Indian point and have stayed before but different places. This room at the village was not clean, the top blanket and pillow cases were dirty there was food and trash in the sofa bed, a dirty pair of underwear shoved into couch cushion( which freaked my son out so he threw them off the balcony where they laid on the grass for our whole stay, still there when we checked out) The whole place smelled of mildew especially the bathroom. The tub took ages to drain and seemed to be blocked with hair, the tub itself wasn’t clean. The shower had one wonky spray that iced the whole shower with misty spray, which was extra bad bc there was almost no hot water. The tv in the bedroom only played one channel. The unscreened porch had a door to the main bedroom that had a broken lock. The bed was comfy and the fireplace was nice. But for the price I pay to come here I expect a lot better, I will definitely come back to Indian point but I will not stay at the village again.

The location was great for anyone visiting Silver Dollar City or Table Rock Lake. I was pleased with how clean everything was.

The hot tub heater went out while there so it was cold but no fault of property. Tub was dirty and hot water was llimited to very little. The property and condo was beautiful and We loved it other than the tub and water situation. The managers were great.

It was a nice resort. We had a little trouble finding out how to call to let the front desk know that we would be arriving after 5. The number on the contact did not connect. We just googled the info and did get through to a person. They indicated our key & information would be in a basket outside the office door ....which it was. Our unit was Building 6 Unit 1. Thank goodness it was on the first level. That was wonderful!!! We were very happy with the condo layout. It was very cozy. Two bedrooms with two bathroooms. There are tv's in each bedroom and living room. The beds were comfortable. The bathtowels were very fluffy and large. The bath in master bedroom had an old jucuzzi bath, which is hard for older people to get in and out. The other bath was easy to maneuver. The deck was very spacious and plenty of sitting areas. Beautiful view. Now the negative: There was a "thing bug" attached to master bedroom wall about the size of a silver dollar. They did send someone down to remove. The linens are dated but clean. The dishes in the cabinets were put away dirty. We ended up taking the dishes we were going to use and ran them through the dishwaher. The cabinets are very high and hard to reach many items. The pots and pans are very dated. The only supplies provided were: Paper towels; salt & pepper shaker; dish soap; trashbags; shampoo & conditioner; had to ask for extra tp. Washer & dryer is provided. Indoor pool luke warm but hot tub was hot.

Condo was cozy and clean. Easy to get to Branson, about a 25 minute drive.

Each condo is individually owned, the condo we stayed in was a bit strange! When you walked in the smell of mildew was so so strong, however everything looked brand new! The condo was relatively clean, we found a watch battery, clothing tags and a few other things around. The battery was scary because we have a 2 year old. They provided dish soap but no hand soap in the bathrooms. Only one of 3 balcony doors latched, the lock was a stick to place in the track. The dishwasher would fall out of the cabinet when you opened it, the face of the microwave was very shaky, there was a chip in the glass top stove; all functioned however. The primary shower door would not stay closed while you showered but it was a nice sized, clean walk in shower. It was just odd in a way! I didn’t complain about these things to management because I didn’t see a need, we still enjoyed our trip to the area! Keep in mind when booking third party you don’t really know what you’ll get!

Beautiful place!! Nestled in the woods, quiet, and only a couple miles to SDC! Easy check-in, all around excellent property!

Great deck. Great location.

Property was cute and quiet. Our condo had a screened in back deck but at night somehow bats got inside of it. When we brought it to the front desk attention all we were told was “sorry”. We were unable to enjoy the deck because of this.

Love the pool area and hot tub. Beautiful setting.

Condo was perfect, loved the renovation. My family owns a condo in building # 5. It’s very similar and we enjoyed our stay. The rest of our family stayed in the other condo which made our trip even better.

Perfect peaceful getaway. We stayed in a two bedroom condo, and it was so nice.

Great place. Let us check in a little early and nice. Only negatives was a stain on the bed sheet and took a while to figure out how to work the TV's and had to switch them to HDMI to watch cable TV. Overall really good place.

Clean and quiet.

We went with friends for a short vacation together. The condo was wonderful and so was the view from the balcony. Even some wood was provided for the fireplace!

We booked a lake view room, and found it to be clean and tidy, comfortable, so quiet, and very roomy. We loved the property and especially the proximity to Silver Dollar City. We were visiting during a busy weekend and had no problem getting in and out of the park in minutes. We enjoyed the pool and large hot tub. We used the game room as well and found it all to be in working order. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. One of the nicest areas I’ve stayed at near Branson. Pool area was awesome for the kiddos! Our 2 bedroom condo was very nice and a great home feeling. Really looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Amazing, I would highly recommend staying at The Village at Indian Point Resort.

Condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Clubhouse was spacious and they had both indoor and outdoor pools.

Very quiet and relaxing! Our condo had all the amenities we wanted…can’t recommend enough!

The mattress was like a rock and hard to sleep comfortably.
