Went there to comfort a sick family member, located in the hospital directly across the street from the hotel. Excellent spot to get back and forth to the hospital. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was clean, the restaurant was yummy and the pool was sparkling. Would definitely stay here again.

Looks like the hotel is no longer Wyndham Garden. I’ve stayed there before multiple times and this time around the hotel is going downhill looks like they are maintaining the hotel looks older and they no longer have a fridge in the rooms.

I guess it's ok for the price. the furniture is old and it could be cleaner. the shower was just a pipe coming down and the shower head sprayed everywhere.

The staff went above what was expected to assist us. Every staff member was attentive and aimed to please. The location of the hotel is close to a mall that had everything...food, clothes, make up and hair could get done, etc. It was also close to a variety of restaurants. The staff assisted with calling taxis, pressing our clothes needed to attend a wedding, etc.

Only downside is the light is sensor so if u wake up in the middle of the night light will stay on pass 5-10 mns with lil kids this is a no no

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Lovely pool. Good restaurant food delivered to room. Would love to have a railing put on shallow end of pool for elderly to hold onto while going down steps.

The hotel is furnished by second-hand furniture. Smells like an old musty hotel. Definitely needs to be renovated. Elevator can fit 2 people but very tightly. Definitely won't be staying here on my next trip back.

Perhaps, the best hotel in Colima ..Staff very friendly and surprise me that they had a Shuttle to the bus station ..Great hotel, super clean and excellent !!! - Employees... Will stay again soon... Internet signal -super !!!
