I didn't appreciate an extra $25 charge to park in the attached garage vs parking in a public garage for $5. Then having to walk through an alley or around the block with my bags.

Repeat trip. Nicest (and only) hotel downtown West Chester. Clean and freiendly and approximately priced for what you get.

We loved the hotel. We were visiting family so we didnt get to spend much time at the hotel but what we did see was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. Love that they use organic soap. We definitely are coming back.

Very slow check in process with someone who was either very new with limited English speaking capability very tough after you've had a very long day of travel- just want the room!

This property is very tired. You could pay for parking but with so few spaces you couldn’t take your car in and out for fear of not getting a space on return. They also charged for a noon check out instead of the 11:00 standard time. I’ve never encountered a fee for an extra hour. They also have an in-house bar, I would not recommend visiting.

Parking is limited, adjacent city parking garage was full but staff helped making a space in their 25 parking space garage. No modern USB outlet in room so make sure you have a charging block. Location is very convenient, the hotel and room was clean, the staff was very helpful.

I loved the location. I pulled in late around 12:30 am. 25.00 to park - or drive around the block to a big parking structure for $5, No on street parking. I thought I was going to get a historic boutique kind of hotel experience - to me the place was pretty bare bones. Kinda a bit outdated and shabby. I guess it’s all relative to what your used to. The bathroom had the cheapest plastic cups. The shore was a nondescript remodel. Breakfast and coffee - was free- but not for me.

Everything as expected

The room was very spacious and clean. We were taken aback by the cigar smell in the lobby area. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants, retails stores and coffee shops in the neighborhood.

I had a double queen room. Both beds had hair in the sheets. Got moved, then the tv didn't work. Got that fixed, then the next morning the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. I didn't know it was a smoking facility, so the smell of cigarette smoke was present on all floors that I went to. Lastly, person upstairs stomping around after 1am for 2 of my 5 nights.

The hotel was quiet and pretty clean. The parking was a hassle. The parking garage elevators did not work so you're walking tons of flights, the one lot by the hotel is extremely small so if you dont get one of those spots reserved you're walking. The area is full of good restaurant options.

The room itself was lovely and the clerks were very helpful and friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable/hard, and the cabinet for the TV kept swinging halfway open, making it impossible to watch TV (the doors obscured it) or walk by without moving them.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Delightful hotel with attentive staff. Its location is wonderful. Restaurants and cute boutiques are a short walk.

It was a nice stay. Our room was updated and clean. The hallways and lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. They are renovating and updating ,so hopefully the smell goes away with the old. Otherwise good stay, great location for downtown access to restaurants and bars.

Service and breakfast were excellent. Hotel is ideally located in the center of town. Park your car once! Plenty to see and do. West Chester University campus is within walking distance. Hotel also has a bar.

Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Check in is at 3pm. We checked in at 250pm and were told our room would be ready in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later after watching several people checking in to their rooms, we still heard nothing. We had to go up and ask when our room would be ready. Thankfully another staff person, not the one who checked us in, said he would try and find us a room. He did eventually find us one and we got checked in. We also requested a hour late check out since we were checked in an hour late and were denied unless we wanted to pay. Excuses were they were sold out. After a long and heated discussion, we got 30 extra minutes for free. Front desk needs training. Noone told us we could park for free across the street. Noone told us we could work out at the YMCA across the street for free. Their fitness center is a closet with 2 pieces of equipment. Hotel itself is quaint and walkable to downtown and room was very nice and clean.

Took forever to check in. Cops came to the room across the hall in the middle of the night. Air conditioner was super annoying. However, you can not beat the location!
