Staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Gave me loads of good info and always happy to help. Breakfast was lovely, perfect for 'le petit-déjeuner' and staff in breakfast were always friendly as well.
Great location, very close to the tram stop to get into Montpellier & very close to the 606 bus stop to get to Le Grau-du-Roi to be able to get to l'Espiguette beach.

It looked like a new property, it was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly and even gave us breakfast early since we had an early train to catch. They also have Air Conditioning which we had not had in several days in a place, so that was an added bonus.

I had a little problem with my assigned room, the staff did the best they can do in order to make my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Special thanks to Melissa, the manager who personally assisted me in solving the issue and they even upgraded my room for free, just so that I feel more comfortable. Thanks also to Aida at the reception, who was very kind and helpful. Much recommended.

Rooms were a little tired. Carpets outside room were disgusting and covered in stains. Breakfast was ok thought very busy. Room that breakfast is served in is far too small for the amount of people that use it. Parking was easy. Lots of restaurant options nearby

Gelegen langs de snelweg en bij een winkelcentrum, dit hôtel zou echt iets aan recycling moeten doen! Er was geen parkeerplaats vrij en geen tips over de toch vele parkeeropties in de buurt. Ik denk dat er een stagiaire aan de receptie stond. Ingang moeilijk te vinden in het donker. Verder comfortabel genoeg.

Les personnes qui étaient dans la chambre avant nous fumaient certainement. Les concierges ont essayé de cacher l'odeur avec des désodorisants. Nous sommes arrivés tard, puis nous sommes sortis pour dîner, et nous sommes rentrés vers minuit, donc nous n'avons pas demandé une autre chambre. Cependant, la chambre n'aurait pas dû être utilisée pour les clients puisque c'est un hôtel non fumeur.
Le petit déjeuner était décevant. La seule eau disponible était celle du robinet, qui avait un goût légèrement désagréable.
Je ne veux pas de remboursement, mais j'ai été très déçu de l'expérience.

Hôtel est très bien sauf que le chauffage souffle de l air froid car il bloque la température au niveau du central et on ne peut pas avoir du chaud
et la couette après sa sortie de la machine à laver elle avait toute la mousse reparti en boule dans certains endroits de la couette donc pas très agréable sur le corps et du coin pas chaude du tout

Chambre à rafraichir (peintures abîmées, joints de la salle de bain noircis, housse du canapé défraichie...).
A 1h du matin, alarme incendie et évacuation de l'hôtel. Retour en chambre quelques minutes plus tard...
Aucune explication n'a été fournie et aucun geste commercial en dédommagement...

Hôtel pas à la hauteur du prix de la nuit 160€ la chambre supérieure.pas de frigo dans les chambre ,joint de la douche sale ,literie vieillissante ,télé 55cm …ça vaut à peine 70€

Dans une ville ensoleillé, aucune vitre de l'hotel est nettoyé. Une impression de fin du monde et surtout une sensation d'hotel mal entretenu. Il ne faut pas grand chose pour que cela devienne plus agréable !

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble , il est a noter néanmoins que le parking est très cher 14€ qu’il faut descendre chercher à emporter le petit déjeuner pas de proposition de le monter dans les chambres et que toutes les vitres sont très sales on voit à peine l’extérieur

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. They were very under staffed though. The single person on reception did a great job in the circumstances, but it was clearly difficult for her.
I was less impressed by Montpellier itself, which wasn’t what I expected at all. I was glad I was just passing through!

The hotel is in a good location for a quick overnight stay outside of Montpellier. However, it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everywhere needs painting, new carpets and deep cleaning. The reception staff were nice, kind and efficient. I would not return to this hotel until it has been fully refurbished.

Superb IHG at its best. Staff very competent and attentive. Room spotless. Breakfast choice very good. Parking reasonable for the area. A short walk to the shopping centre and great children amusements.
