The hotel is great and beautiful with tons of view. To stay there one must be steady on their feet as it requires several uneven steps to the top with no rail. We enjoyed our time at Caldera premium suites. The air conditioning wasnt working the the best when we were there in October.

Too many steps to go down and up and it wasn’t safe very slippery not enough lights at lights as well and the bed you have to climb stairs to get to your bed and the air conditioning only in your bedroom and too noisy . The breakfast and staff were amazing though

From arriving all the way to leaving the property was a smooth transition. The staff were so nice, friendly and professional. The porters who carried out luggage and other guests luggage were amazing. I still amazed they do their job so effortlessly and efficiently with over 100 steps is stairs. The room was clean and fresh every day while our stay. We had the honeymoon suite and it was perfect for our anniversary. The room was tucked away from everyone else and our balcony was amazing. It felt very private which was exactly what we were expecting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Caldera Premium Villas to my friends and family.

The hotel had the most amazing view of the Caldera. Beautiful room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The porters are absolute savage and beast. Definitely deserve tips as they haul guests luggage up a seemingly endless amount of steep stairs!! Amazing!

Carla, Irini and Anna were the best. So caring, welcoming, friendly and respectful. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villas. The breakfasts were delicious and the rest of the staff, kitchen, housekeepers and porters were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and recommend this resort.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. Only thing we were slightly dissappointed was that the hotel gave beforehand expectetions that you could see the sunset from the balcony there. And that the rooms would got private balconies. But anyways beautiful place and so beaceful.

Hotel and staff was good, views are incredible. Paid more to upgrade to a suite, in the pictures shows balcony with a sea view. Instead was put in a room with no balcony or window, next to a toilet and kitchen which was loud. I personally wouldn’t bother upgrading the room as not much difference. Breakfast was average. I think there are more better alternatives out there personally having returned to Santorini and stayed elsewhere.

As others mentioned there’s many stairs to get to this place so keep that in mind. The stairs are very steep. Otherwise the views are really nice and you are in the center and walkable to many places. However I find the pictures on the site very misleading. We had booked a premium suite with a balcony and the staff gave us a room with no balcony. Our only window was facing the common area of the pool. When I asked reception about this she said that out of the premium suites which was 5, only one of the rooms had a balcony like in the pictures. I find it very misleading as you pay more for the premium to have this and it’s not mentioned anywhere. We ended up being lucky and able to change our room the next day for the one with the balcony so I feel we got our moneys worth. The room was also nicer than the other one. The staff was very nice in setting us up with transportation when we needed it.

We had 0 issues getting to our hotel, staff from the hotel picked us up and carried our luggage to our room. The views from our room were beautiful, the staff who helped with breakfast were amazing.

Perfect location if you are looking for the center of Oia! The staff was amazing, helpful, with great local recommendations. Anna makes a great breakfast in the morning to start your day! We loved the views so much, it was quiet amongst all the chaos of Oia.
If you have any mobility issues I would not recommend as there are a ton of stairs to the top (however if you are wanting to stay in oia im assuming it’s like that at every resort)! The porters are amazing to carry your luggage to and from on the day of arrival, however, to get to the Main Street of Oia in the heat the stairs are long!
Would highly highly recommend this as a stay, cannot wait to be back!

This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious.

Staff couldn’t care if I was there or not, didn’t answer questions about things to do, I was disappointed with staff, and impressed by property and views…. I would not recommend this place, nor consider it again!
