I would recommend this hotel,but we were on the fourth floor and there was a loud constant noise which got very annoying.

Great stay, and included meals (supper and breakfast) were very good. The hot tub and pool need maintenance, and the rough pool floor was hard on the grandkids feet. Hotel and restaurant staff very helpful.

Beautiful accommodation, wonderful staff, a little out of the ways, if you have access to a vehicle it would be easy more enjoyable. Family friendly establishment,... we loved our stay, just couldn't explore the city or surroundings.

Everything was perfect!! Except how i was not informed before getting to the dinner that drinks were NOT included in the meal bas well as the kids meals

Called to ensure hot tub and pool were open for kids. Assured they were. Checked in 3 hours later to be told the hot tub was closed and refused to refund when I asked to cancel reservation (which was already paid for with cc points). Pool is old school style with rough bottom that scratches and looks dirty. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast. If you are traveling as a family with kids who want to swim, choose elsewhere. Otherwise, it's just okay.

My rating is based on our experience. Property clealiness is alright. Our room upon checking in smelt so strong of indian food. Literally, the room stank. Luckily we were attending a wedding and werent coming back till past midnight - they didnt offer to switch us to a new room but offered to place an air filtration unit while we were away. It did help a bit - the cleanliness could be better. what i enjoyed about our stay was the free breakfast and the added voucher for Buffet dinner that i paid a little extra for. and not to forget, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Just please pay more attention to cleanliness and ensuring the rooms are not stinking off food.

Quiet, large very clean room with fantastic bedding and comfy bed. Rosies restaurant had great meals and very pleasant staff, and also served the continental breakfast. We did not eat in the casino but did have drinks there a couple of times and the staff was terrific. We really liked the pool and didnt have to leave the hotel for anything. Highly recommend!

It is a nice place to stay. They provided dinner once I arrived. They also give you coupons to the restaurant for breakfast but I didn’t eat breakfast. The area was quiet. I had a dog so we were placed on the ground floor but still felt safe.

Very nice rooms, large and clean. They gave us breakfast and dinner vouchers so this was quite a bargain. Staff very accommodating, allowed an early checkin so we could get settled before an afternoon tee time.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was very good. Look forward to seeing you the next time we are in Alberta.

Fairly nice hotel, attached casino. Only thing I didn't like was the "look" of the hot tub. It appears dirty but isn't actually, just discoloured.

As this was an emergency stay in Camrose due to car breakdown I was extremely pleased with the stay. We received 2 supper vouchers, and 3 breakfast buffets free. The meals were delicious and the staff very friendly.

The front staff, the lady was so nice when we arrived. The room was clean and cozy. Bed was so comfy. They provided vouchers for breakfast and the Casino. Room service was quick and easy. I do wish they would have had drinks on the menu though. Otherwise would do it again.
