Lovely, boutique style hotel. Rooms very modern and clean. No AC which was a bit uncomfortable during the summer. Need to take shuttle to town which is very easy to do or you can drive. Beautiful area and lovely town of Cortina.

The highlight of the property is the valet. He also provided transportation to and from Cortina which is a little over a mile away. We didn’t eat at the hotel but rather went into town for our meals. The spa is only average but the service and staff are very attentive. Room 30 or the “romantic suite” is not worth the extra money because the romance tub is a waste of water and space and the room is not well designed.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff and great food! The spa was amazing and they were flexible with children timings given the edge season. The massage was out of this world. Concierge super helpful. Would return here again for sure!

This place impressed us from the start. We were greeted in the parking lot by name as soon as we pulled in. We were assisted with our luggage and made to feel welcomed right away. A quick tour of the hotel and spa area was provided before taking us to our room. All of the facilities were in great condition and everyone who worked there made us feel right at home. One surprising thing was that almost anyone we encountered that worked at the hotel called us by name, a nice personalized touch. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were impressed by the service and quality of food. The spa facilities are amazing and give you a lot of options to choose from throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Everything in the hotel including surroundings is beautiful and expected. Staff are friendly and courteous. Menu selection for the dinner is a little bit limited.

The staff are exceptional. The facility is immaculate. However, for a 5 star property the room was quite small with only a queen bed of just average comfort. Dramatic lighting throughout and excellent, refined decor. Concierge was especially helpful and cordial. Beautiful spa facilities, exceptional dining room.

Staff was wonderful especially Vanessa on reception , great hotel short walk to the town , great restaurant on site and easy parking .Some construction work is currently happening at the hotel and it is off to the side /

Be warned! They are currently under construction and the noise is practically deafening! I'm sure it's a lovely place to stay but it was absolutely impossible, and it's supposed to be a spa resort to relax and unwind, which is exactly why we went there. No chance! We checked out as quickly as we could after they started jack-hammering at 8AM, but the noise of them just getting ready to work that day woke us up before 7. They didn't offer any refund even though we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities. If you are considering staying here, call first to make sure they have completed the work (which, by the looks of it, may be a while.) I will say that Hotels.com gave us some compensation, which was very cool as this wasn't their fault, but it only added up to less than half of what the room cost for the night. We left feeling completely shaken up, nerves shredded, and very unhappy with the hotel for not doing more as far as refunding the stay.

Ski lodge feel—lovely property. No complaints. Had better, but not by much.

The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well equipped, spa, sauna you name it. But the most amazing part of the resort is it’s restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch and dinner there, the food is amazing, and I had the best beef tartar in my 30 years of life.

Everyone, Davide, Fabrizio, and all of their stuff made us feel like we were home, so much so that it was very hard to leave and say goodbye to everyone. We promised we would be back, they really made the difference.. I wish every staying was like this one. they really made the difference!!! Not to talk about the landscape, absolutely a dream! Our room was lovely very clean, modern, well appointed and we had a very large private deck to enjoy the breath taking views of the Dolomites. The food is absolutely incredible! Breakfast was wonderful and everything so fresh, they even make their own in house yogurt among many other tasty treats. We also enjoyed an amazing dinning experience for dinner, possibly one of the best dinners we have ever had. Super gourmet, utilizing local and fresh ingredients. I'm celiac and they took great care to make sure I was able to eat safe, they even had freshly made gluten free rolls for me that were outstanding! The spa is beautiful with a great variety of treatments and rooms to try out and enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again! a true 5 star experience!!

Amazing!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. The daily breakfast is amazing and a view to go with it. The o my “complaint” is that the bus/shuttle service should more frequent (not just every hour).

Loved this place! THat said, if you like big rooms, this is not your place. Very tight but efficient. The spa, bar, and restaurant are worldclass!

We were coming from a very ordinary, overpriced hotel in Venice and delighted by the comfort, quiet and attentive service at the Rosapetra.The spa is magnificent! Returned 2 nights later after a glorious hike to Lavarella.

For a 5-star hotel, one expects a lot -- certainly a larger room and better quality food. The room was quite small with no sitting area or even a comfortable chair, and according to the diagram on the door, all the rooms on the main floor are the same size. The private terrace was large, but the cool weather made it impossible to sit out there very much. The one dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant was impeccably served and beautifully presented, but the flavors were bland and disappointing. The meal was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was fine, but they seemed not to be able to achieve having eggs and sausages in the steam container at the same time on any of the three mornings, and the wait for refilling was long. Also, getting enough coffee was somewhat of a game involving making requests over and over, as they bring only a small amount in a little pot each time. One wonders why serve-yourself coffee, so common in other hotels in the area, is not possible in this very expensive one. The one very good thing about this resort is the spa, gym, and indoor pool, which are beautiful. Given the cool weather, the wonderfully heated pool, as warm as a warm bath, was most welcome, as were the water massage features in it. With a few improvements, this hotel could rise up to expectations except for the very small rooms, which is a pity.

Wonderful, great food and service. Expensive but worth it.
