My wife and I had a fantastic time at this resort. We stayed three days. The beach bar was fun and the food was good there. It was great having live entertainment. When we went back to our room and sat on the balcony we could still hear the music which was great, not too loud. We hung out on the beach chairs with a drink in hand and just watched all the activity on the water with all the boats and jet skis. The free kayaks to use were great and corn hole on the beach was fun. The room was clean, it was nothing fancy but certainly served its purpose. My husband and I both agreed that this is the place to stay when we return.

Perfect resort for a Lake Winnipesaukee vacation. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the views from the rooms and the property are all beautiful. Waterfront access and a beautiful beach bar is on site.

The room was great! We had a balcony with an Awesome view and it was a 10 minute walk to Weirs Beach. I would stay here again.

I take my boat there. Very convenient to dock the boat and walk to my room. Fun to sit and eat right on the water

THEY NEED NEW BEDS. THEY WERE SO VERY SQUISHY YOU SANK IN A HOLE AS IF THEY ARE BROKEN. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THEY ALSO NEED INSULATION BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR EVERY VEHICLE THAT DRIVES BY. MAYBE IF WE WERE ON THE SIDE THAT ONLY FACES THE WATER IF WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE PEACEFUL BUT WE WERE AWOKEN NEARLY ALL NIGHT.

Very dated. Bathroom really needs to be updated. Shower leaked all over the floor. The bathroom sink drain had a small leak. The decor is very dated, definitely could use some updating. The mattresses were pretty bad. Window blinds weren't even hung evenly. Some were broken.

Nice restaurant on premises and beach on the lake, close by to Weir’s beach area.

So, we went up to Laconia for a couple of days during Bike week, and after doing some looking around, I found the Naswa Resort. I found the price was comparable to others in the area, so I booked it, and boys was I happy I did to say they were busy is an understatement, but right from check in to check out it was a wonderful experience. and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were pleasant. Room was cleaned perfectly.

Beachy lakefront amenities were a lot of fun… Restaurant and bar scene kinda transports you to a Keys-like environment!

The Queen cottage and view were spectacular! It was my first visit here and will certainly be returning. The property was very well kept, room very clean, and the was mattress comfortable.

We will be venturing to other properties across the lake.

A bit overpriced but stayed during the Columbus Day Holiday weekend. The staff is great. The property needs an upgrade. It does have a certain charm but it is notably outdated. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not very quiet as one can hear the road traffic. Would be great if it had better soundproofing. Only stayed one night passing by.

So I get there around 2:45 in the afternoon. Check in, realize and understand that the room and check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. I was told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it was. Drove around. Did a little sightseeing. Around 3:55 I heard nothing back. I had to call and they seemed annoyed to hear from me. Well did you think I was just going to drive home and forget about the room that I reserved and paid over $200 for when I went to get my keys it was like the person never saw me before and was kind of rude. Later on went downstairs to the bar that was supposed to be open till 10:00. Not one person there, not one employee. Very uninviting. I wanted to like this place but I don't think I would ever return

Needs updated to 2023 with room lighting decor and walls

We booked a 2 night stay on the recommendation of friends. We had a cottage on the water and an assigned parking space very close to the entry. After checking in we went out to dinner when we returned another vehicle was in our assigned spot. if you are not in your spot you can be towed. we reported this to the front desk. they told us to park in a different spot which was distant from our room and it was raining. This happened three times. Some very loud and drunk guest were banging on our door at 2:30 am and loud motorcycles outside all night. we decided not to stay the second night so we could get some sleep at home. When checking out the manager said that she would refund us the cost of the second night but it is going on 3 weeks with no refund. I would not recommend staying here if you need to sleep at night. I will say that the restaurant was very good though.

The pictures were amazing, the actual room was not great. It’s actually a motel.

We missed one of the restaurants and were told the breakfast cook next day was lay so we missed trying the food. Would love to come back during busy season

We stayed in a dog friendly room. Was immaculate. Place is great!!! My dog loved the goodie bag!!

Resort was in a good location. We stayed in the single cabin. It could definitely use some sprucing up. Very dated. There was no lamp in our room, only fluorescent ceiling lights. So you either had blaring bright fluorescent light or no light. The mini fridge was missing the metal bar so you couldn’t put things in the door. The mini stove was so old, I would have been afraid to use it. Small table and 2 chairs was useable, but small. No luggage rack or place to put your suitcase. The floor in our room had a definite slant. The beds were pretty comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Bathroom was really small with poor lighting. We did love the porch and sitting outside on the beach. The beach was also nice. The dinner at the restaurant was good. Service wasn’t that great, no one refilled our water or drinks unless we specifically asked, but the food was good. Overall it was a fine stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Naswa was particularly clean! It's also right on the beach so there's great opportunity to enjoy the lake without having to drive.
