Spent 9 nights here whilst working at nearby office. Rate was excellent, hence selected. The hotel is new and clean. Rooms have small kitchen which is handy but the overall room size is quite small. Rooms feel a little dark due to small windows and building design. Breakfast was fine. Equipment in gym did not function properly which is disappointing. Laundry was good and prices reasonable. So overall, a decent functional hotel for business travellers to the area.

The personnel is kind and available. The structure is clean. The price is honest.

And at the restaurant, they didn't speak English but French. there was once they spoke English when I paid for a breakfast.

It's not that it's a bad hotel, it's all the small things that add up. The white walls have lots of scuff marks, the toilet didn't flush properly (though staff were prompt at fixing this issue), the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

The Appt'Confort in Montpellier is difficult to find and disappointing when you do manage to locate the building and find the entrance. The hotel looks like a low security industrial prison inside and out...floors are semi-polished concrete, walls are monochrome and furniture is bland. The rooms are modern and comfortable but don't compensate for the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city surrounded by vacant land and construction sites. It's difficult to find with GPS and would be impossible to find at night without navigation software. Wifi is €1.10 per day, exterior parking costs €7 and underground parking is €10, tv costs €1 per day and of course breakfast is extra. Can't recommend this hotel.

DONT PREPAY BREAKFASTS: I prepaid mine thinking Id be ready by 10 am. I was not and they shut the breakfast service at 10 sharp.
When I asked to be refunded the day manager refused the refund.
To me that is highly unacceptable and the methods of con artist or sharks. Really poor management in this place.
THE ROOM AND THE FAULTS IN IT:
ONE THE NOISY AIR VENT: the kithenentte has no separation into the bedroom and they have air vents just above the kitchen, which could not be turned off and therefore was very disturbing to sleep. It was almost as noisy as the air con turned on full blast. Really irritating.
ONE FAULTY SHOWER HEAD: that shower head needed changing it was almost as if I was showering with a hose. No pressure it was faulty.
In conclusion, this is a place managed on a shoe string, good location for business but isolated which could be operated with far more grace and attention to details and attention to the customer that it currently is.

not exactly what I was expecting - really basic hotel

Easy to find, plenty of parking then easy check in. So far so good! We had a nice hotel room, which was clean and bright with cooking facilities which is what we were after. The downside of having a catering room is that they didn't clean the room or change the towels during our stay. I also asked for an extra pillow at the front desk and was told I would have to ask the maid (who i didn't see at any point) which was a shame. It was lucky that I have an overseas data package as the wifi was shockingly poor and they wanted to charge us for it. We wanted a base outside of the city from which to explore the region and this hotel was perfect for us. The bed was also the comfiest I have ever had away from the UK.

The staff are great and very helpful. The hotel is in a very commercial district and there is absolutely nothing open in the vicinity to go for dinner and access to public transport is limited. The speed of the internet was very bad and intermittently dropping out all the time.
I was there for work and needed to work from my hotel room and it just wasn't possible. There is a small kitchen in the room if you can find a supermarket to buy groceries from.

Hotel was clean; staff very helpful - gave warm welcome when we arrived very late and looked after cases in office till evening flight at end of our stay. Location may be difficult for some (2 miles from centre) but it is well served by buses, though last from centre is 20.25. Good value for money, especially with early booking.

This hotel was perfectly acceptable for our last night in France. We chose this hotel as it has easy access to the main roads to get to the airport. The hotel does not have much to offer regarding facilities but this did not matter to us. The receptionist was efficient and polite. The room was ready upon early arrival and was clean as expected. The room is a bit clinical but had all amenities we expected such as a tv, kettle, safe, etc. There was a bonus of a kitchenette we we didn't expect. This turned out to be really useful as the only restuarant which is part of the same building was closed. Check out was quick and easy as I had already paid for my room.

We were in 2 weeks tour in Spain France and Italy, this was the worse hotel we stayed,
in my reservation i requesed 3 adults room, we were given a room with one twin bed and sofa bed for three male adults, inspite of our request to give us a room with two single beds and sofa bed, the front desk refused claiming that they don't have such room ,we asked for extra blankets or comforts to use for one of us to sleep on the floor we were given one blanket(thats all what they have). we were surprised next morning walking to the elevator and looked at an open room with two single beds. when we asked the front desk she said your reservation doesn't require three beds and insisted that this room will sleep three adults, of course one slept on the flloor using one blanket as a matress.
