Everything in The place is outstanding. The food, the drinks, the service, the private beach, bedding, towels, the candies and cookies, everything.
My only issue and not sure it is the hotel’s fault was the cost of the airport transport from the airport . $70 dollars per person when coming back to the airport was $25 per person . It seems outrageous.
I would come back to The Ganzo any time .

We stayed there as a two days getaway. Had a wonderful time at the rooftop pool. Food was very good. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Will stay again.

We got to our lovely, upgraded room to realize the AC wasn’t working. After trying to fix it to no avail, we decided to leave and go to another hotel. They were very accommodating and kind. Waiting on my refund, which I’m told won’t be a problem.

Hidden gem! First time here. We are in our thirties celebrating our wedding anniversary. The vibe, the aesthetic, the art was amazing. I was hoping the crowd was going to be around our age but I felt like majority of the people we saw were a lot older.
Pro: food was amazing! Staffs were great. The hotel smelled really nice! It’s a first for us to notice how good the place smells.
The private beach was nice the view was perfect.
Con: price of food is stupid expensive . There’s restaurants you can walk to that taste amazing and less expensive.
Other than that the place was a 9.5/10!!

Hotel and rooms was beautiful. Beach was private and nice. Staff was welcoming and nice. Uber does not provide transportation to this area. The hotel is in private area and away from local stores etc. I had one issue where the mini bar guy entered the room without knocking or permission. I reported it to front desk and they said it will be taken care of . Room was upgraded for birthday and mimosa ! Can’t wait to return.

My wife and I were a bit skeptical staying at a hotel that was not “all inclusive” but there is there is a place, this is it. We absolutely loved it. Service and hospitality was great all around. Staff at the rooftop pool were amazing not to mention Ross, who went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Cheers all

Hotel El Ganzo is just about perfect and was ideal at this time in our trip. After a lot of go go go at other locations this allowed us to enjoy some rest and rejuvenation. The infinity pool and the beach club were both areas to relax the day away with drinks and amazing vibe. The staff are great too, they really look after you across the whole facility. Special mention to Alan at the infinity pool.
Loved the art all over the place.
This is a luxury hotel so the food and drinks are not cheap but comparable to the area. There is also not a lot in the direct area but enough and San Jose del Cabo is a short trip away.
Would definitely come back.

This place is a hidden gem if your looking for a low key place to unwind…..not a party spot & not too much within walking distance besides a sushi place & convenient store
Rooms are slightly outdated - but the overall property, the spa, roof top pool & staff all top notch.
Ale was very informative & welcoming at check in & Isreal was awesome server - all food at resort is delicious & reasonably priced
The private beach available by pantoon boat is killer & very swimmable. Only 1/2 beach is private but locals are respectful of the property boundaries

What a surprise and delight! Although not located in the "resort area", it offered everything we wanted and more.
Staff were attentive and welcoming (especially Israel), rooftop pool was beautiful, beach club access was incredible (and fun to have a swimmable experience), and food/drinks were top notch. You're a quick Uber from central area as well as Flora Farms and Acre for a nice dinner out.
Would recommend and happily go back!

The property itself was very nice in appearance... the only negative things were the price of the food... and there is nothing around the facility to do...(isolated)... you have to take an uber into to town every time.. Thank goodness the uber was very reasonable... If you're on a limited budget I suggest the convenient store about 3 min walk up the road. They have a lot of things to keep you fed at a very nice price. Also, the store is on the up and up when using your card. I appreciated them for that, because I heard horror stories about scammers in town over charging you. All in all... I really enjoyed my stay there!!

A very unique hotel, infinity pool on the rooftop, yoga, beach, food, art work all were great. the small attention to detail with a couple of birthday messages in the room and a welcome drink when checking in. Great added pieces for customer service. Only downfall was a bit far from main Cabo area but that also is a plus if you want quiet.

The pool was amazing, and the quality of the food was great. I had an awkward moment when a housekeeper but other than that, we had an amazing time. The gym is also great. There are restaurants around, but most are inside of hotels. So if you’re not into hotel dining, you must drive or taxi into town. But if you’re only staying 2 days or so it won’t be too bad.

This is one of the most charming boutique hotels I've ever visited. The atmosphere was stunning and truly breathtaking. It was a romantic experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is exceptionally friendly and exceeds expectations. I'm so glad to have discovered this treasure and can't wait to return.

Very nice, clean, and unique property in an amazing location right on Puerto Los Cabos. The hotel has its own secluded beach club across the marina with complimentary pontoon boat transport across (2 min ride). They also have multiple pools and hot tub. The roof top pool has a gorgeous view. The pool and beach club both have drinks and food. The drinks and food are both high quality and tasty.

I really enjoyed my stay at this boutique. I upgraded from a ocean view room to terrace ocean view and the staff upgraded me as a complimentary to a terrace ocean view room with a jacuzzi. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was a lil up in price but well worth it, very tasty and freshly made. The views are breathtaking, and the private beach is magnificent. If you’re looking to relax with great views of the oceans, this is the place.

I loved my stay here at El Ganzo Hotel. The property is very nice with outstanding views and EVERYONE is so nice, friendly and helpful! That certainly goes a long way when you are travelling solo. The only drawback here is the price of the food and drinks. Way, way too much. I had to find a different spot to eat and have drinks. Other than that, it's great!

Beautiful property, filled with distinctive and fun works by commissioned contemporary artists. Easy access to pristine beach; gorgeous views from rooms and patios and pools; gym and spa also wonderful. Staff was nothing but kind and thoughtful. It would be great if they could normalize just a little bit more that some folks may want to use the pool or beach without ordering food or drinks but that’s really my only complaint.

What can I say… flawless experience. Not only is the hotel stunning and luxurious, but the staff is phenomenally attentive. My birthday was the week following my stay and on my second day I got not one, but two chocolate cakes and my room decorated with flower petals and a special happy birthday pillow!!! I was so touched. I particularly loved the relaxation pool which is so quiet and peaceful for a day of lounging, reading, and swimming, but the rooftop pool and beach club are also lovely if you want a different vibe. Overall 10/10, thank you El Ganzo, I will be back!!

This is a beautiful space with a great artistic vibe. Beautiful location with a choice of spaces to chill or party. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the private beach is not really private or adult only. The resort rents out the chairs and families take over the beach. Stay at the resort if you don’t want to hear screaming kids.

I booked this as it was advertised as Adults only, 16 and up. Well there were definitely toddlers and kids at the resort!!! The hotel was also booked up for a wedding so I wonder if they made exceptions for the wedding guests. But I booked an adults only resort on purpose and so was disappointed that it didn’t keep to that based on advertising.
Service was generally good though some misses (the beach club ran out of towels). Location was inconvenient. Nothing much to walk to but a short cab ride to old town Cabo. The only main plus was the clean and swimmanle beachfront at the beach club.
