Need to add air-condition!

I stayed for a week for business. Located in convenient place and good access to to town via Bus or Tram. Much better to stay in north side room for quiet and cool atmosphere.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. When I realized and asked the front desk they were very rude and insisted it was my fault for not knowing. I needed to change hotels - the temperature over the next few days was >30C. They refused to refund the remaining nights. I left and contacted Hotels.com and they were able to get my refund. Air will be out for quite some time. I would not go back simply because of the way I was treated.

Clean facility, spacious room and bathroom. Small kitchen but sufficient. Breakfast (paid separately) was great in a nice dining room. Staff were helpful and nice. It's minor, but thought that they could do better: Kitchen utensils were old and not matching.

Check in was smooth, the reception was helpful and communication was great. Perfect location, quiet and easily accessible to the city, there is a bus station just 200m around.

Clear and cozy, great location and public transportation, highly recommended.

Stayed at Appart’ City Cite International for the Women’s World Cup week in Lyon. Upon arrival, we were under the impression that our hotel at A/C. Of course during the entire week stay and record breaking heat wave in France, our room did not have and air. It was miserably hot, and could barely sleep comfortably. After asking about the A/C situation, the receptionist became irritated and rude the duration of stay. She let us switch rooms but it was only to another room with no A/C. The lobby was the only place where there was any. We also were not aware that the hotel only allowed you one set of clean towels during the duration of your stay, unless you were there longer than 7 days! I will say that the rooms were rather clean at least. If everything was not fully booked due to the World Cup, we would have found somewhere else to stay. Luckily we were out and about 90% of our time in Lyon area. The biggest frustration besides the air was the rudeness from the day shift receptionist. No customer service etiquette what so ever. I would not stay at another Appart’City hotel after this experience.

Good little apartment with large renovated bathroom, good bed and some English shows on TV. Staff very good, basic kitchenette facility but adequate. Free parking nearby if you wish to find it. Air con didn't really work. Not much to local area that we could see, but easy to get to from motorway

The room was 100% as anticipated. The worst thing about the hotel is no room cleaning, no bed linen change during the 5-night stay. The best thing was the kitchenette - small though very practical one. Casino shop is just 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room was facing an old mansion. The view was fascinating! A Russian speaking host at reception provided me with 2 very useful city maps, one of them covering all transport in Lyon. Wifi did not work as expected.

Greeted as I walked through the door by friendly staff who helpful transport advice for my trip and also highlighted the relevant areas on a map. Room was fresh, new, light and clean. Throughout my stay all staff where helpful, especially at check in and check out. A good and plentiful breakfast rounded off a great visit.

Attended an event in Cite Internationale. Great alternative to hotels in that area. A bit inconvenient for the city center and old town. Great, great value. Great staff. Great, interesting neighborhood.

Spacious room with comfortable bed very convenient for the conference centre just across the river. Good breakfast buffet included in my booking in pleasant restaurant that served food in the evening too (although I didn’t eat dinner there). My only suggestion for improvement is I would prefer carpet rather than hard flooring. Would go back.

Nice hotel, but no parking to park vehicule. No coffee no water, no welcome kits.

The hotel was ok, but it had unfortunately a very bad smell in the room we had.

perfect if you dont want to be right in the middle of the city. Easy to get to the center with public transport and just leave the car. Spacy rooms. Modern design

Cheap clean and confident place to sleep for a family of 4

Great hotel, a little out of the way, but within a 40-50 min walk to old town. The apartment was spacious, clean and functional. The only 2 negative points are that the internet is extremely slow, and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Average hotel, 10 mins by car from downtown. Impolite, imprecise and accusing personnel. Booking not entirely received (may be Expedia).
