Nice property and very clean. Restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Beautiful restaurant on the beach. Easy access everywhere by bus.

On the positive side, Hotel Francesca offers great value, complete with a relaxing pool, convenient location, and spacious room. On the downside, our room’s bathroom door was broken and the bathroom itself was not well designed (water everywhere when showering!), and the customer service could be a lot better. Asking for extra towels and blankets was met with not much enthusiasm.

Second time I’ve stayed here, same room in fact, lovely and relaxing by the pool, good breakfasts and in a great location for the fabulous Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna and PLAKA beaches. Lots of restaurants around and the Bus and Taxi stop for Naxos town and Port is nearby.

Fantastic location, close to bus, beach, and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the guitar shaped pool.

The location of Hotel Francesca is great! A 5min walk to the beach, with a number of additional beaches just down the road. A 20min taxi or ATV ride into the main town of Chora. We did find that as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers that our room was quite small - the trundle bed which turns into 2 single beds ended up making our room wall-to-wall beds. In retrospect we should have requested something a bit larger to allow ourselves some walking room. If my kids were younger (i.e. 10 and younger) this would not have been an issue at all.

The property is cute, just a 2 minute walk to an incredible beach with plenty of food options around the corner. Francesca and her his and George went above and beyond for me.

My second visit here. And I will be back again next year. Such a lovely family run hotel. It is literally a stones throw from the beach and all that Agios Prokopios has to offer.

This hotel is very clean and all the basics you need, located in an excellent location, the pool is very clean, they housekeeping every day, for the cost, this hotel is a plus, 5 minutes to the beach, and business, try gyros from LEFTOS naxos. $3.60 eu each

Typical Greek basic accommodation. Clean rooms and surrounds. Wonderful swimming pool great to cool off in. Nice and quiet... Excellent location for the beach and all the town of Agios Prokopios has to offer. Superb value for money. We will return.

Was a nice little hotel with the beach just a 2 minute walk away. Rooms were basic but comfortable, but really good value for money. The location of the hotel was fantastic with the beach and restaurants close.

This is a great gem in the Agios Prokopios area of Naxos. Francesca, the owner, is lovely and she was happy to see I returned. The room was slightly different, but still great layout, full kitchenette and a patio/balcony. Very clean and the shower was more modern in this studio. And it was actually cheaper the 2nd time around as it only slept 2 versus the other that slept 4. Great value. Bed was super, A/C and wifi worked well. The pool is a great benefit if you don't want the beach. Will return. I even inquired about an extended stay but they close in the winter season.

Absolutely love this place. The studios are well-kitted out, the bathroom is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the terrace is lovely, which is where I'm writing right now. Stayed 2 nights, then moved on to 2 more islands before deciding to come back here for 3 more.. and I may extend yet. Close to the beach, markets and restaurants. There's a cute Art Cafe close by that has either music or fun movies each evening. I watched Casablanca, then tonight is Mamma Mia and tomorrow is Zorba the Greek. Great place to chill at the beach and their pool is clean and inviting. They serve breakfast if you want, but I make my own in my room. Will definitely come back here. Would love to spend a season here!

Great location 1 road back from main area but so quiet and relaxing. Facilities... it’s a Greek hotel. Fabulous pool, good value breakfast available.. juice, coffee, yoghurt, honey, eggs bread butter and jams all for €5 each. Spotlessly clean. We had the 2 bedroom apartment.. 2 balconies fridge, 2 rings. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Fabulous long beach to walk along. Lovely breeze to keep things pleasant but developed into strong wind which cancelled ferries.. something to bear in mind.I was dubious about the property as a reasonable price but exceeded all expectations

The room we stayed in was a good size and had a large balcony. The bathroom was great and had a proper shower cubicle and shower at head height (not all Greek accommodation does). The cleaner came every day and made beds, changed sheets and towels when requested. The staff were lovely especially with the children. The pool was really clean and lovely and never crowded- although there were only around 10 sun beds. The only complaint would be lack of crockery and implements in the kitchen- we asked for a large knife for bread/watermelon but they didn’t have one so we had to buy one, and there weren’t enough bowls although they did give us extra when we asked. All in all a lovely place and great value. The area/beach is lovely but Agia Anna -5 to 10 mins walk away, is even nicer.

The hotels location is great if you enjoy the beach (2 minute walk away)! otherwise, you will need a car or taxi to get to the centre of Naxos. I enjoyed how the reception area and rooms were more traditional looking. The pool is great, very clean. The only difficult thing was communicating to the staff as they barely spoke English... expect not to be understood. But everything else makes up for it!

Excellent location, friendly staff, good value overall

Francesca was the sweetest ever! We loved her! She was such a nice lady!

Thé room was very clean and comfortable! There was a beautiful guitar shaped pool with lounge chairs that was very relaxing to sit by. It is very centrally located , 3 super markets and all the tavernas , cafes, restaurants etc are literally 1-2 minutes away. The beach (top 10 in Greece) is located 2 minutes away as well. There is a bus that comes from the port that leaves there every hour on the hour and it drops you off right there !! No need for a taxi to and from which costs 13euro each way, the buss is 1.80 and it’s 2 minutes to the room . You can go into town with the bus (passes every 45 min. Past the hour and it’s 15-20 min bus ride. It’s great location with the perfect beach and quite enough of restaurants and such!

We stayed here for a week and it was great. We had a large balcony. The pool was very clean and our children had lots of fun swimming in it. The location was great with lots of restaurants, shops and the beach all very close by.

Hotel Francesca in the heart of Prokopios. Close to bus stop so easy to get into Naxos town. Easy and pretty walk to beaches in Anna and Maragas. Very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. We were meant to move to another apartment for the last two days of our holiday ( due to a booking error) We knew about this before our holiday and was ok with this. The day before they told us that we could stay at Francesca so we only had to move to another room. They even threw in a bottle of wine which they didn’t have to do. Would recommend hotel Francesca which is just away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the resort.

The place is perfect - brand new, very clean and in a great locatiom

Small room, 200 square feet that they recommended for 4 adults. Noone spoke proper english. Rude

Very spacious clean room with nice balcony, kitchenette is well stocked. Owners are very nice with limited English, picked us up and took us back to the port-- but you need to call them and arrange this ahead of time. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets, woke up to the roosters crowing in the morning.
