The breakfast buffet was awful. Ate there twice and food was cold both times.

The property was great only reason for the 4 star review is because i wanted a poolside room that walked out into the pool area. like it showed on the website for the most expensive room but it turned out to be a second floor room with a poolview which i could've gotten for 40 dollars cheaper. But the lady at the front desk was very helpful and got me a 1st floor room close as physically possible and dropped the rate. Wish i remember her name because she deserves credit for her excellent customer service

Called a month prior to arrival to make sure we could get on the first floor with adjoining rooms. Was told no problem. Checked in and was told they would try to gin us clean rooms close together. Ended up on the second floor down the hall from each other. ( needed first floor for my moms knees and there was no elevator) Stayed here for the pool, they closed it for the day as they had a busy weekend and needed to clean. Breakfast was only served until 9 am, not 10:30 am as the website said. The key card only lasted a day each time, so had to redo it each day. The rooms were to be cleaned every 3rd day. We checked in on Sunday and checked out Thursday, the room was never cleaned once. Ran out of toilet paper and had to track some down for the remainder of our stay. The staff did not seem to care or offer to fix anything. No solutions offered.

The hotel is clean and fairly modern. The staff is very friendly and professional

Told at check in there would be regular breakfast, turns out they were having a holiday buffet instead which was 4X the cost.

Very impressed with the hotel, it was affordable and it was very clean. The restaurant was spendy but the food was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would change is for the hot tub to be hotter then the pool :( it was very disappointing one if the reasons we get hotels is to sit in a hot tub

Bed was comfy! The hotel is dated and needs a complete remodel. Funny how the lobbies always look nice which it was. Do not expect that in your room. I told the maid to clean my room and she didn’t. So not so grand after all.

Mediocre continental breakfast at best, they charge you $10.00 a person. Hotel had a face lift after it was closed for a while. Rooms seem to be the same. Not impressed!

The AC is loud, the room had trash underneath furniture, scratched up furniture, and the windows faced the pool so you can’t see outside. I absolutely HATE it here

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was very tasty and reasonably priced. I stayed in a room by the pool and would not recommend because of the noise. I thought it would be nice to have a room by the pool, it was not. Door to the pool was locked from the outside and I had to go around anyway. Rooms were not clean. There was debris on floor and what looked like wadded up toilet paper stuck to the wall in the bathroom and long hair stuck to the shower that was not mine. I booked on Expedia because I could not reach anyone at the hotel to book a room. When I booked on Thursday the price of the room was about $100. On Friday the price of the room had dropped to $75 and wasn’t able to negotiate price with hotel due to booking on Expedia. Overall, my stay was not horrible and could have been better. Will look for another hotel to stay at if I’m ever in the area again.

Management will go out of there way to make u happy.

Staff was very friendly, but they have no elevator. Had to lug all my luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very out of date. Bathrooms were not ideal.

Good overall

The only way to get your door for poolside is to go out by the pool and unlock your door. They lock you in at 9 pm and no one can be out by the pool!

We stayed for the pool and it’s was ice cold and the pool area itself was very cold

The hotel lobby looked great but the rooms were very dated. It had a smell of sewage throughout the hotel. I booked a suite and all it had was a bed and a tv .

Very dated room, but the lounge is very nice.

Our stay was okay. This property is very outdated and our room could have been cleaner. Our kids did enjoy the waterslide and pool though.
