Very bad

Well located near the water, tons of dining options. Clean boutique hotel. We had a sea view room, always awesome to wake up and have that view !! The hotel is nicely decorated. We would recommend

Unlike the other hotels along this strip, this one doesn’t have a grand entrance. Instead there’s a small door on the side street that feels like a hostel. Photos of the rooms are very deceiving. I had booked the executive suite based on an apparent view over the port. The reality was this room was a small dark bedroom with a view of the side street attached to a tiny dark room with a sofa bed in it. We had to downgrade to a standard room to get a sea view - despite paying a lot more. Turns out the picture of the executive room was a close up of a picture on the wall! All rooms are on the first floor and don’t have proper balconies. There are a lot of hotels on this strip. Don’t be fooled by this one.

Good location, but parking is limited and expensive, especially if you need 24 hour access. Rooms in the annex are new, well equipped and very roomy. Within walking distance to many restaurants.

The hotel is well located.The decoration of the hotel and the room is beautiful. We had the romantic room with a huge shower and ocean view. The hotel is super clean and smell good. The bed was probably the most comfy that I had in my entire trip. Thank you !

Helpful staff, nice big airy room, balcony over the sea front. Will stay again!

The staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was not so good.

We stayed for one night in family room 123 , the room had no windows with outside view so any longer than 1 night would have been unbearable. The female staff were lovely, the male not so much. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good, we were early so everything was available and staff make you any coffee you request. Overall a good stay, i would return but book a room with a view.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Our favorite so far in our trip to Italy.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was a good size, we had a sea view room with a small balcony. We were close to Cafes, restaurants and the supermarket. We saw what we came to see, Pompeii and a tour of the Amalfi Coast, which we enjoyed.

Great views of the water and very friendly staff. There’s a plethora of dining options with amazing views and even better food right around the corner.

Good location and very clean. Air conditioning didn’t work and staff could have given a bit more attention to that. Besides that, great.

Great location comfortable rooms friendly staff.

The room for 4 people has no natural light at all. It is cornered, without a view. The queen bed is not good (very soft). At the time of our stay they were in works, renovating, and didn’t tell us. The rate was not that of a hotel going under renovation bu a full fare one.

No coffe only 2 tea bags no milk coffe machine did not work room much smaller than it looked in the picture overall disappointed

Good value for money

If I could give this property a zero, I would. We paid almost $400 for this property for each night. For naples, this is pretty steep. However we were so diappointed when we checked in. The staff did not understand english. We booked for a king bed and were given 2 single beds. The hotel did not look fully occupied, they could have easily accomodated us. The room was so noisy, road noise did not let us sleep all night. The rooms were not at all “boutique”, quite opposite to whag is marketed. Expedia pictures are from another building but when they give you rooms, it’s in a building behind the actual building so not at all what is pictured there. Parking is $40 euros per night, not $25. Breakfast was terrible. We felt scammed!!!

The rooms are nice and the area is very central and close to the water. The staff seems to think that they belong to some king of exclusive nobility and they simply cannot be bothered with welcoming visitors, smiling, or helping you to resolve any issue you may have.

The hotel has a main lobby and only 1 floor for the rooms. There was ultra loud construction taking place at night during our stay. We didn’t get any sleep. One of the rooms we were offered smelled like fried food. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us since we couldn’t handle the smell. They stated the restaurants near by, was the cause for the smell. This was definitely the reason, but we didn’t want our belongings or the bed we slept in to smell like fried food. Again, the staff was kind, but this was not a place I would ever recommend or would return to. In fact, Naples felt unsafe and we were forced to pay high rates for cab fair back and forth from our hotel. It was not a pleasant experience and would never come back.

Cool spot

This was an amazing stay. The rooms are what I thought I was getting but better!!!!! The view took our breath away. I did not want to leave and the best beds we had during our stay in Italy. We hit 3 cities and i really wanted one more day at this hotel and at Naples. We will definitely be back.

forgettable... I had to claim the towels every day! and the Anel in the bathroom was really ugly. The staff don't talk to you...

Noise from the coffee machine, construction, and whoever was at the front desk area had a shouting argument that lasted over an hour. I complained about the incredible noise to the front desk. It didn't solve. When I tried to call again, there were no answers.

Great location with fantastic view. Clean room and 10 euros for breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Having stayed there several times and loving it we were disappointed. The kettle fused all the lights in the room then when the lights were eventually resolved we were left with a bleeping noise for some time during the night. The breakfast was very disorganised with no cutlery and very short staffed. We loved the location but probably wouldn’t return to the hotel.

Wonderful location with premiere view!

Perfect location, room right in front of the sea. Many restaurants around. The room is clean but the floor needs a refreshing, especially in the bathroom. Bed is comfortable.

Already when accessing the hotel lobby it’s clear that the hotel is not what expected. The “reception desk” is pathetic even though the staff is kind and helpful. The room itself was ok with a wonderful sea-view. What was off putting is the bathroom. Tiny and in absolute need of refurbishment. Taking a shower is almost impossible as there’s no pressure and the water is only dripping. Cleanliness is not what expected. They didn’t wipe the floor, had to ask to clean the room window as extremely dirty, etc. Breakfast looks good at first sight but is bad quality and staff totally incompetent. Will not recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.

Great location with parking garage 25 ER/night, if you have a car. Some areas in the room were not clean. On the seaside the room was noisy at night; the hotel is just above the restaurant. Great value, but we would choose the other hotel, next door if we visit again.
