This hotel used to be great but is now quite tired and in need of significant maintenance if not full refurbishment.

Hotel was amazing , skybar and restaurant are experience for itself, it would have been one of the best experiences , if they would not ruin it at the end, when they asked me if I was sleeping alone ( if it was someone with me in the room). I was alone and that is probably pretty easy to see on the cameras or elsewhere... and when I asked why they have asked me that , I didn't really get an reply. Was super disappointed and will most likely not return.

Such a great hotel. Location maybe not the best, but anyhow everything reachable in short time. Nice bar on the topfloor with a great view. Room spacious and bed slept great. Would definitely recommend it!

The rooms are well equipped, clean and bright. The bar / restaurant on the top floor is great. Breakfast is delicious. A wide variety of food and drink to choose from.

Very confusing at first to figure out how to turn everything on and off at the beginning. Evanescence’s had to ask the front desk how to turn on the AC and even after they explained it to me, I still couldn’t get it turned on.

Without my knowledge l, I was checked in to someone else’s room. So ended up in a worse room than I had booked and problems on check out causing my to nearly miss my flight.

Just ok. Overpriced. Construction across the street. Service not great at check out. Not an ideal location.

Looks like they tried to do a first-good-looking hotel, but once you get in you realize that it was poorly designed. No lobby area at all (just two fashion chairs at the entrance), room with no comfort if you think you have no clothes hangers and in bathroom no space even for a small beauty-case. Electrical awnings, which anyway don't close till the lower point….. Good breakfast but not worthy what you pay for (20 €). Limited underground carpark (20 € a night, more than similar hotels in city centre….) and not accessible with an SUV because of the height. Get ready to be waken up every day around 7.30 by construction sites in front of your windows Worst thing the housekeeping. Dirty toilet at our arrival, didn't make up our room on 2nd day, on the check out day they entered our room while we were still there..... They tried to do a fashion hotel (good bar on the top) forgetting it is first of all an hotel, where people need to get some rest and feel comfortable. It is an ffice area in construction (which will be lovely once finished) with water all around and some nice restaurants less than 5min walk

A good hotel, a little way out of town but in a nice neighborhood. An excellent buffet breakfast along with a small gym and even smaller sauna. The staff are friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

I styed there one night - the room is ok, the hotel is good for business meetings in Medienhafen. However, it is a bit far away from the city center.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations for a 4-star in a business district - super trendy/artsy reception area, amazing sky bar with views & very modern/clean rooms. Some of our group were even upgraded to a Suite a Silver Members from Hotels.com - great surprise! Will be back...

Great hotel, comfy bed, wonderful breakfast. Amazing rooftop sky lounge bar. Gin and tonics amazing. Friendly staff. Great suite with electric blinds and I also received a full fireworks display!

Great beakfast. Very smart room layout finally! Room was perfectly cool on one of our hottest days with 3 large vents across ceiling. I hear if you sign up for their membership program to unlock lower rates, you also gete xtra free goodies in your room besides the already free water in the room.

We had a lovely stay at INNSIDE, lovely clean room and very friendly staff. The inclusive breakfast was also great with a good selection available, it was nice to have this available on Sunday morning up to midday after a big night out. There is actually a free mini bar in each room but this isn't advertised other than a small card hidden at the back of the fridge. If you want you bar replenishing then you hang the card on your door before 10am each morning. The wifi was available but it disconnected me many times and required that I log in again on an hourly basis. As standard you can only have one device per room but on departure we were told that we could have picked up a voucher for 3 devices. The gym and Sauna is very, very small, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 peckdeck and a balance ball. You could fit 2 many 3 in the sauna at anyone time. I did pick this hotel with the hope of using the facilities but as a group of 4 this wasn't practical so we just took to the streets for a run instead. These were the only down points to our stay which was lack of communication as to the facilities.

Spent a weekend here in October. Great location on the rhine,short walk down the river side into town and to bars/ restaurants. Also only 10 min taxi ride from airport or main city train station. Rooms exceptionally clean only disappointment was there was no bath only shower in bathroom!! Bar and restaurant at hotel on top floor with amazing views, good selection on breakfast buffet.
