Our room was next to the bar with loud music. If you want to know if you would be a candidate for tiny house living stay in their suite lol! The room was so small we couldn’t even walk beside each other and had our bag on the kitchen bar. You have to sit sideways on the toilet the bathroom was so small. If you are a bigger person you are not getting in the shower, smallest door I have ver seen!

I was rented a room that actually had a squatter living in it. Then I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get another room and the room that I got was a cheaper one than I had reserved!

I had a corner room on the first floor and it was like having my own little private studio bungalow steps from the beach. Very quiet and safe. There was little tiki bar with great staff. This place is right on the boardwalk and has plenty of restaurants and live music.

The room was ok. The front desk girl was a bit** though and shouldn't work in hospitality. The wifi was out all afternoon. Luckily, I had a US data plan, so could still work. The room was small too.

Right by the ocean! Excellently located. The room was small but updated and very clean. The checkin process and communication before we arrived was not ideal, but for the price and location it’s more than acceptable.

Crazy customer that would not leave us alone bartender was super nice but super drunk and said she gets paid to drink. Again she was very nice and was able to get the guy away who eventually was escorted of the property and 86’d if I went back I would stay in the suites with the pool because this location wasn’t allowed in the pool which I think is super weird of it’s part of the property

Cute hotel, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. Nice bar on site. The pool needed some TLC, but overall it was a good stay.

I had the worst stay ever at Caribbean Resort. The hotel was unclean, with appliances not working properly. The bar downstairs made noise until 1 am, and the room service was horrible—they didn't clean the room, which remained dirty. Parking was a nightmare. The reception staff told me to park at the next garage because they didn't have space, and I ended up with two violation tickets. The reception staff had rude attitudes and barely spoke English. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe—it was like a ghetto. I don't understand why Orbitz recommends this place to customers.

We requested parking through the Expedia communication app.two times. No response from property. Arrive and of course no parking. Put us across street for 25 dollars instead of the advertised/ stated 20. No outlets worked in the room. Not one. No one on duty to relay information to.

I liked the convenience of the place ..the tiki bar was nice but the tv was broke on the side we was on so couldn’t get the full view… the room hadn’t been clean it was a birthday cake still in the fridge and the sheets were dirty and someone left the gas on on the stove so it smelled like gas when we got there and we got there almost at 9
So after we checked in the office was closed for our concerns… but once those things are addressed I would probably try once again
