Excellent stay and staff, rooms comfortable mattresses..did not particularly like the steaming TV , would rather of had cable or satellite, only two channels in English out or 400 and no CNN. I will stay there again though since this is my 6th time staying there .

Reception should accompany guest to his room. Key given didn’t fit. Had to go down n get new key. Shower not working properly… I love the kitchen . I love the hotel. But always room for improvement

This is not a hotel. look like a motel. I just spend 20 minute in this property, and i couldn't stay there, the bed is a rock. i been charged for my full stays 4 days, because is no communication between this motel and experia.

We booked a standard room that in the pictures looked clean, updated, overall well kept. We arrived and got a room that smelled horrible, no a/c working, got moved to another room the same night and the a/c worked for half an hour, finally the next day we were moved to a standard room with good a/c. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel needs a lot of improvement.

Front desk guy charged tourist tax - it never happened to me before in my old country!

The Aqua Grande is close to everything. The central park with hundreds of street vendors during the festival of lights is a 5 minute walk. the supermarcado. the parque de Gatos is a 30 minute walk. All Granada restaurants are one street over. perfect location.

No laundry service nor a recommendation where I could get this done. hot water was an issue every day the prices posted on the refrigerator were not accurate ( at least 5X than posted ) All things considered the staff did go out of their way to help when they could It was very clean.

i have stayed here several times the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and comfortable. the rooftop jacuzzi has a nice overview of the city with a relaxing terrace too! my only issue is the cook top in the room could use updating they are very slow to heat but otherwise this is a nice affordable place to stay. also the breakfast at the resaurant prepared fresh is great

Even though this was my first time visiting Colombia, The Aqua Granada Hotel is now my Cali, Colombia home❣️🤗 From the Manager Eliana, whom I communicated with via internet and phone arranged for my arrival and transfer by Waldir, who recognized and found Me, probably from a photo, and escorted me to the hotel, while being a tour guide, too. He was also a de facto concierge for questions I had during my time there. Eliana, Camila, Sebastian, Diana (Princess) at the front desk, along with my Guardian Angel Fabiola, with her Kitchen and cleaning staff of Jessica, Mirela, and and additional wonderful lady who I apologize for forgetting her name, but not her and everyone's professional, yet home away from home approach and feeling ❣️ The mornings of speaking with Fabiola, to order my various delicious complimentary breakfasts, and the room service are a Heavenly reminder of my overall stay, due to the pleasure, leisure and comfort of the interactions, all making for a great vacation❣️👍❣️The restaurants menu has a nice selection and variety of food to try, and is delicious❣️ I had the Pescado at least three times❣️👍😋 I stayed in Colombia for 3 weeks, 2 weeks of which were at the Aqua Granada, including a return from Medellin, and another from Bogota. Additionally, the location is great❣️ With a spectacular rooftop lounge, bar, mini gym with heated Jacuzzi hot tub, that has a great 360 degree view of mountain side, city side, and views of the bars and shops restaurants,

Not great and have no idea where all the rave reviews came from. Room very clean, but older, WiFi weak and wouldn’t stay connected. Front desk staff pretty much indifferent. Breakfast was not bad and freshly cooked.

Nice hotel for the money good area lots of night life

Stuff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looks outdated, deteriorating. The AC was barely work. The sofa bed was very dirty when I opened it and I had to down to the main desk to ask for sheets twice.

I liked my room and I liked the staff at this hotel. No complaints about the food or the staff. Its a few blocks away from what I will call a mini-mall. I wasn't driving so parking not a issue for me. I would not drive here, take a cab. I do have to say that directly across the street is an abandoned building with a homeless guy living there. Just a heads up in case you traveling with kids.

Very disappointed. I stsy there 4 years ago and was great. Now rhe rooms are starring to run down. Was raining whilst i was there so wanted to just stay in my room in the even and watch TV. But they have no TV just YouTube and if you have netflix etc. Ypu can log in using your own details. Unbelievable only free to air TV and that doesnt work how can it be a 3 star hotel withput the basic things. Tje staff are great. I wanted to stay 1 or 2 nights a week for the next 6 weeks as will mert my business needs. However there is bettet hotels and cheaper near by. Sorry wont be staying again here

We had a very nice stay here I would stay here again the staff was friendly and helpful, the rates were very affordable the room was very nice and clean, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping it that way during my 7 day stay. the only short coming is in the room with a kitchen area there was very limited cookware. other than that a very nice place and the restaurant in the lobby area provides a very nice breakfast!!

Great service

Great option to stay when in Cali. For me, it was definitely value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few spoke English, which helped me out a few times when in need of general assistance. The free breakfast was enough to get my day started and location is good as well; as you are steps away from all the restaurants, bars, attractions that the Granada area offers. One of the places I always check for availability first when visiting Cali.
