It didn’t have no fridge no microwave and one of the beds made a lot of noise!! Didn’t let my daughter sleep because of the noise that the bed made!!

Our stay was for a family gathering. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast fast was good. However, in the room adjacent to mine, the occupants had a dog. One evening the dog was constantly barking. When I notified the front desk they informed me that the room occupants were long term and had a “special arrangement”. Ultimately they said they were aware and that others had also complained but, they couldn’t do anything about it.

For $165 per night I was disappointed to find out that no fridge. The breakfast at 8 am, the bagel was gone. While I am eating, it never refilled. Over all the breakfast had more choices than Homewood

I book Hampton Inn because they have always been reliably good. Not this time!! Hard beds, dirty run-down room. I asked for blankets and pillows for the sofa bed and was given one of each, even though I had two teenagers. I needed a good nights sleep before a busy demanding day but I and my kids did not get it. Affected our performance as we were too tired and sore to do well. If you need a good nights sleep, don’t go to this Hampton Inn.

We were placed in Room 305 next to the "electrical room" and all night long we could hear a loud humming sound coming through our wall. Could not gst any sleep, will bot go back.

In a very stressful time they made my stay very comfortable. I was evacuated from my home for 10 days. It was very comfortable, clean Quiet, and they are pet friendly for my 15# Jack Russel. Will defiantly use them again.

Fantastic all around. Get an ocean view balcony in the building farthest away from the lobby to avoid the sea lions barking. The view is amazing.

It was a little difficult to find, but that could of been my GPSs fault. I told by a friend that the area was kind of a ghetto, but it wasn't. All area around the hotel appeared to be fairly new, with banks and other hotels and businesses. The hotel looked to be fairly new, with clean rooms and beds. Very nice overall.

Very noisy with construction we were unaware of. The worst though that we were given a a room that smelled like cigarettes. Also our TV did not work and even after we called someone to fix it they never came.

Convenient to LL Hospital. Room spacious. BR and Bedroom clean. Rooms, central area, furniture all a bit worn and dated. Breakfast just OK. Probably could do better for the price. Adjacent to Costco fuel and warehouse.

Wouldn’t recommend. The room carpet was atrocious and had a funky smell. The property overall needs renovations and pool was closed. We checked out after being there for only an hour. Thankfully the front desk staff didn’t give us an issue- it did take about 5 days for us to be refunded the charges.

Strange smell in hallway of 2nd floor but room was fine, beds were comfy, AC worked great, good water pressure. Weird not to have hand towels but had 2 washcloth and 2 body towels.

The room looked clean enough, but my sister woke up with big bites all over her body. Additionally, we booked the room for four people and there were only three towels provided. The hallways in the hotel were hot, stuffy, and smelled like cigarettes.
