The rooms were spacious and comfortable and overall clean. The lobby area rugs and walkways are dirty. The room cleaning service was very poor. They made the bed halfway, they left dirty towels untouched, they left the tv remote within the bed sheets. One of the light bulbs in the room was burnt out. The bathroom is “italian style” (no shower curtain) and the water would flood the entire bathroom very easily.

I think a rule of check in at 3pm is very late our bus arrived at 10.30am they excepted our case but we’re quite strict at the 3pm check in that was a let down .

The kitchenette had no sponges to wash, or tea towels to dry pots with. And yet they want to charge you €50 extra if you don’t wash the pots and put them away! No dishwasher tablets provided either. This is a 4* hotel, not a youth hostel….or is it? I could not sit on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable and uneven. The two shower heads could not be used independently. Which meant the rainfall shower head was on permanently which I don’t like as I get my hair wet, and don’t always want to wash it. The hot tub was very nice. The suite we had was in need of refurbishment, I felt. I did wonder if we’d been given that suite because we had a dog. I’ve stayed once before. And again I think the whole establishment is in need of refurbishment. The greatest plus for this hotel is its proximity to Pezenas centre.

Lovely tucked away spot. Great for a quick overnight stay while travelling. Food was delicious. Suggest smart tv’s so guests can stream from phones!

The hotel staff where friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the fridge and dishwasher in the family suite we stayed in had not been cleaned. The stay was pleasant and the location of the hotel was fine close to the centre of the town .

Beautiful hotel with great suite on the roof with own whirlpool. Great team. City center is literally 3 minutes walk. Only disadvantage is breakfast. Was very busy, coffee is not what you would expect from France. Next time i would have breakfast in the city.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed the experience again. Great value suite with a view across gardens at the back of the building and a balcony on two sides. We used the spa this time and it was very good, 2 hours booked for just two people to use the facilities. Well located. Car park is quite tight/busy.

Hotel was ideally placed a little on the tired side in places, but quite nice. The staff were excellent.

We booked this place based on the incredible photos of the pool and suites. It exceeded expectations. Views from the huge balcony were amazing and the two bedroom suite was massive. Staff were super helpful, especially with arranging taxi service (in a town where there's very few options). Would definitely stay here again.

Property itself is fine. We had a huge suite, but the kitchenette lacked basic cooking utensils and we even had to ask for a couple of bowls. So they need to make a trip to IKEA and stock up the rooms a little. Interesting location with it’s private bridge over the drainage canal to get into town.

4th time staying in the hotel. Nice and quiet hotel

A lovely, quirky, very French hotel. It is perfectly placed to walk into Pezenas, one of our favourite French towns. Our suite was huge with two rooms and a small balcony. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback for me was the set up in the bathroom - the mirror was so high, I had to stand on tiptoe and the wet room floor ( which also contained the toilet) stayed wet all day. This would not stop us returning however and I am sure we will.

Excellent Proximity to Pezenas, very nicely appointed / quality and spacious room with the added bonus of kitchen facilities. Pool a bit on the small side, but a rare thing in these parts.

Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Parking was very tight as the car park was full but we managed, the accommodation is lovely and with in a short walking distance to the town where there are many opportunities for food and beverage. Had a lovely big room with a hot tub which was made full use of. Would happily stay again and wished we'd stayed longer.

The suite (301) bore no resemblance to the photos on the web. It was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and the breakfast area and the air conditioning was very effective, thankfully as the temperatures reached 36 whilst we were there. The location was excellent with a short walk through the carpark, over a private bridge and through a small park to the town. The bistro was excellent, both the food and the service. On the negative side the housekeeping was only every three days and left something to be desired with the hall carpets and the balconies very grimy. The furniture in the suite was like something from a brocante with the sofa being unable to be used - trying to sit on it one ended up with ones knees under ones chin. We had chosen the suite for the comfort factor so were very disappointed, we were only able to use two very uncomfortable wooden chairs when we had expected to have the comfort of a COMFORTABLE sofa. In fairness we were given a small refund but even so we were overcharged for what we had in relation to what was promised from the web. A pity because the staff, the location and the bistro were all first class.

Suite was spacious but looking tired. No kettle. No soap and towel in the living area toilet. Only 2x dressing gowns supplied for 4x people

Hotel was lovely clean and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place. Local area exceptional too.

We phoned the day before we arrived for our 10 day stay and was told everything was still ok! when we arrived we were THEN told we could only stay for three nights as they were closing on the Friday! Because there was a fete day (11/11) in the middle of the following week. due to Covid it was very difficult to find some where else at short notice if we had been told when we phoned we may have had more chance. We saw NO cleaners and our rooms were not cleaned while we were there I even had to ask for toilet paper, the fridge in the room hadn’t been cleaned and the freezer compartment was disgusting old freezer bags still in there! I am very disappointed with the whole thing as we weren’t even given an apology, discount or anything by luck someone we work with got us a villa. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Great location, easy parking. Nice large room with small but unequipped kitchen ( though l don't think advertised as having a kitchen to be fair).

Price quality is good and the location is excellent

Stopped off on a cross country trip from Barcelona. Warm greeting from Andrew and off to a very pleasant room on the third floor with a small terrace. Considering the price paid the room was well above what I had expected. This is a hotel where the rooms actually look like the pictures! Will use again for sure. We did not try the bistro as it was empty as we left. On returning later that night it was busy and we would definitely give it a try on our next visit.

Great hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk away from the town.

We love Pèzenas and this hotel is in a great location to explore it - right in the centre, but with easy access to the hotel by car and free car parking. Our room was more a mini apartment with kitchenette and decent facilities. This hotel could be amazing with a little more attention to detail- some of fixtures and fittings are a bit tired and worn, lots of dead plants in pots on terraces etc. Our room was in the eaves and therefore had really limited head height in bedroom and kitchen area- not ideal. The staff were pleasant enough when you saw them - just not very forthcoming or visible. Reception often vacant, no one in Spa, bar left unattended- felt like they were busy doing other things- just not sure what! Would we return? Probably yes. Could it be better with a little TLC? Definitely yes!

Big rooms well equipped. Good location. Cleanliness could improve. Air Con failed in room. Breakfast a little disorganised. Ran out of most things each day. Only receptionist on duty during day. No bar staff. Pool was not cleaned. Friendly but not really 4 star.

We liked our suite, the restaurant and the service was friendly.
