Gorgeous views and lovely facilities. We had a very comfortable stay here and the staff were very friendly.

Great view, comfortable room, nicely renovated bathroom, the spa was AWESOME (definitely worth a visit for the extra charge), short walk to the main area of town.

We visited during a hot period and getting the room cool was a bit challenging. The windows opened well but then bugs would enter. A fan or screen would help a lot. Breakfast was just OK - good for one morning but a bit repetitive and uninspiring for multiple mornings in a row.

We have had a very good experience with one of the receptionist who gave us very good advices. The second one was not very welcoming.

The breakfast was average. Same for the SPA we had to pay for.

Lovely friendly hotel - staff helpful and always willing to help. Clean and large room with lovely view and location right next to the Tofana cable car station. Breakfast great!

-breakfast was amazing, lot of homemade items and variety from one day to another, we all loved it -the newly built spa was also absolutely fantastic, great clean facilities and beautiful view, was definitely worth the extra few euros -the room was nice and comfy, the newly renovated bathroom was super nice but pls see comment below about the bunk bed

-the bunk bed for the kids was not safe enough with rail only on one side, I was a bit afraid every night that my son would fall from the higher bunk -also we would have loved to take the kids to the spa, the kids would have loved the jakuzzi but unfortunately they do not allow kids in the spa.. we understand that kids make noise but perhaps they could introduce a time limit like we saw at another resort and allow kids in the spa between 3 to 5pm for example. -we were also expecting one of the ski lifts to be walking distance but it wasn't easily accessible so instead we ended up taking the ski bus everywhere
