Loved the hotel. Had a Starbucks on site, comfortable room and a very comfortable bed!

The hotel needs some improvements..towels too old!! Swimming pool needs a renovarion...ok overall..

The breakfast buffet is great.

especially in the bathrooms of the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor. The beds are fine, the pillows are uncomfortable. The room smelled bad. Breakfast is not included and the buffet option is expensive. For this price there are better hotels in the area. I would never go back.

The hotel is great but the acoustics aren’t so great. Did you get a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. What other than that it’s great

No benefits but good hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel has a pool and gym which are nice. Not very big but serve a purpose. Service is good although a bit of a challenge unless you speak Spanish. Asking questions or ordering food can become a touch long-winded due to this. The hotel is classified as 4 stars but the room I stayed in was 3 star at best. Anywhere you looked you could see some sort of damage to the room. Chipped wood on the wadrobe, lose amenities on the walls. Even the canopies at the pool had rips through them. The tiles at the pool were damaged or chipped. Just anywhere you looked the condition of the hotel left something to be desired. In fairness this may be the norm in Mexico. All in all, a decent stay, food at the restaurant was decent and plenty of choice. Not sure I would stay here again out of choice but for a business trip it was adequate.

Always find the hotel clean and friendly.

Nice hotel in Merida

The hotel was good overall. Nuce belreakfast buffet. One elevatore was broken which was kind of hectic but otherwise we had a good stay

The hotel is pretty and with well maintained looks, everything was clean and staff was courteous. However the beds in our rooms were terribly uncomfortable, the sink of the bathroom is outside the bathroom so it creates a bit of a hassle when using the bathroom. The worst was that the elevators are really tiny, they only had two and one was out of order, so having to wait around for a single tiny elevator in a 7 stories building is frustrating and stressful with COVID since the elevator was always incredibly crowded.

The hotel has and excellent location and the amenities are nice

The room was adequate. Furniture and fixtures are somewhat worn. The tiled floor is very dirty. Cleaning staff stole my underwear. Having kleptomaniacs working at a hotel is a big no no.

I am not happy with Car parking. Breakfast specialy for Mexican people. Only fist day we had coffee in the room. Rest of the day’s coffee maker was there but no coffee.

Mattresses and Pillow are the worst. Bathroom towels are look really old and dirty

I stayed at Fiesta Inn Merida for convenience of location last year. Was very happy to see how clean the room was, and the hotel in general. The food in the restaurant (and room service) was very good and priced well. The bed was comfortable, the a/c effective and every employee we were exposed to was helpful and friendly.

Everything was amazing.

Very good hotel and very safe to walk to near restaurants, i love the swimming pool, claudia was very good solving my problem she call me to my room and give me the info of the 4 different companies to get my test for covid 19 and fly back to Seattle wa she did great job and make the difference of my days at this hotel

Happy with the service, clean place

Nice staff, room was nice although a little too small for comfort. Restaurant was ok but the "grab and go" menu ceased to exist and now is wait 20-30 min and go

Todo bien, solo en la habitación habian unos detalles como la cama rechinaba y las luces no funcionaban bien pero fuera de eso todo bien. El estacionamiento esta un poco lejos.
