Great Hotel with everything you need. Lots of amenities close by

The room was handicap . I did not request and the manager stated that hitels .com often does that without notyfying customer. The room was not vacumned,trash not removed,no kleenex replaced,cockroaches in drawer and refrigerator not too cold. Freezer didnt work! The shower didnt work well then the second night didnt work at all do we couldnt take showers. First night .recieved wake up call but not the second night so we missed breakfast. I spoke with managrr before checking out just offred apology. Good customer service would've been a freenight credit for the major inconvenience! I used my key credits and amm requesting a one night credit back for major inconvenience experienced.

I stayed there for 3 nights, it was amazing

We stayed in a room with two queen beds supposedly up to four people we wear three first day we noticed only two towels on the bathroom next morning I went to the front desk and ass if they could give us at least three towels well no again next day two towels I went to the front desk for the third time to us for at least 3 hours but again no only two towers I don't understand because from the beginning the room says up to four people so why when we arrive they were only two towels you don't know how many people will be staying at the moment of the housekeeping cleaning the room so why they don't have at least four towels I don't know it's Big John my imagination but even requesting it didn't work also the soap and shampoo dispenser on the bathrooms dispense one drop of the liquid at the time so to get a decent amount of shampoo or soap you have to put it like 120 times it's ridiculous and I don't know who got the great idea out of doing a shower with no door and every time you take it back the whole bathroom get wet, oso on the first day often with She's what Sunday on the break friend the was only boiled eggs know any other variation of eggs only boiled eggs no omelets nor the scramble we only having breakfast somewhere else other than that everything else was fine.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean

Nice property, and very friendly staff. However, every day i returned to my room i had to revisit the front desk to have my key activated.

The air conditioner did not work properly.

No internet in the room. Poor water system, shower water running, reported and didn’t fix it. They don’t prepare the rooms every day, not even change the towels. You report a problem and nobody cares.

I like that it's very centric and I had a comfortable room. I didn't love the shower since the modern ones now don't have a door or curtain but it was still spacious.

This is our go to property in Miami. We’ve stayed here about 8 times and love the staff and property. They called us about the vip but we didn’t end up using it. But good to know it was offered

The staff were very friendly and willing to give assistance. The breakfast was good and hotel was very quiet.

Staff was excellent. Check in was fast and check out was supereasy. The area is very quiet and pool had a nice temperature. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

First off I wanna say to the Asian front desk clerk. I’m sorry I did not write down your name. But I give her 10 plus 10 God-sent. This hotel experience added to my faith in God. He will put the right people in your path. Late Friday night I made a reservation at Best Western. I called ahead to find out what’s the earliest time that we could check in. The front desk guy said if a room is available no earlier than 1:00pm We were going to arrive at 6am. I shook my head but what could I do. We had spent just about a whole day in the airports. It was brutal. We were like zombies. We came in the hotel and put our bags in the corner and sat in the lobby. Our heads were like the bobble heads trying to fight off sleep. I looked at the time and it was 9:00 am. I stood up and went to service desk. I asked the young lady what will be the earliest time that we could check in and she look and said let me check you in now. She said she saw us out there and felt for us. She was genuinely sympathetic. I love it!! She also continued to work with me to extend my room for another night. To the management: This young lady works morning shifts 7am-4pm. She deserves a raise or some type of bonus. She is taking care of customers please take care of her. I came down and told her what blessings she was to my kids and I. We all showered and one by one we played down and were out like lightning. So the room wasn’t the best that I have seen there. But her thoughtfulness trumps it all. BWP kudos!
