The stay was ok the check on was HORRIBLE. I think in order to improve have guest rooms already assigned work keys made will make check on faster especially with one worker.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, solid breakfast...but...poor to no internet service, even in the lobby. Stayed for 5 days with no improvement. Was told that they were "working on upgrading." Otherwise, the stay would have been perfect. Also, not any bread choices at breakfast. While the cooked breakfast had lots of variety and was very good, they only offered that square white bread as a toast option. No English muffin or other types of bread. Bagels were served only every other day and the same goes for the biscuits. Please, please get the internet situation fixed. It's a great hotel and we will be coming back next time we are in Miami.

This hotel , although is listed as an airport hotel, is not near MIA. Its a smaller airport, so dont be confused. This was a really nice property with a wide array of complimentary breakfast options. Staff was wonderful as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

It wasn’t airport is that Miami International Airport? They just have a small airport right next to us so I thought I was that makes they make a confused people and then was nighttime step was so we were complaining refrigerator wasn’t working. He didn’t take care of it and I had to complain next morning, and they came to switch it.

Staff is really bad.. every time I come here there’s new people at the desk and the process to check in is different … I don’t understand why I can’t pay with Apple Pay and Why I cannot pay the safe deposit with another card that isn’t the same the one with I pay for the stay… people at the front desk with airpods during the process nd sometimes we don’t know if they are listening… really bad… the bedroom had poor illumination…

I was required to do an online preregistration with my ID and credit card, but still had to present my credit card again at the front desk. My credit card had already been verified online. I was told online that I only needed to pick up my room key at the front desk.

The room was handicap . I did not request and the manager stated that hitels .com often does that without notyfying customer.
The room was not vacumned,trash not removed,no kleenex replaced,cockroaches
in drawer and refrigerator not too cold. Freezer didnt work! The shower didnt work well then the second night didnt work at all do we couldnt take showers. First night
.recieved wake up call but not the second night so we missed breakfast. I spoke with managrr before checking out just offred apology. Good customer service would've been a freenight credit for the major inconvenience! I used my key credits and amm requesting a one night credit back for major inconvenience experienced.
