Perfect location.

Late night street noise

Location was very good. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds,friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was very fast so that was good. Very safe place too. Local bus was just a short block away, like less than 1 min walk.

I thought we were getting breakfast but we would have had to pay 10 euros each so we opted out but we looked at kitchen and breakfast seemed to be worth it with lots of items.

A very supportive and proactive staff. On a 0-10 scale I range them 11. Absolutely alll: Dina, Germana, Lorenzo and Stefano. Solving any problem and giving nice advice on tours and restaurants. Room and bathroom: enough space, very clean. Good bedroom.

You may improve: - Adding an in room safe - A hand shower

Great Location and the hotel let us leave our luggage in the morning without charge while we took a few hours to explore which was nice. Waiting staff at breakfast were pleasant

The night reception man was very grumpy and not welcoming. I had asked specifically on my booking for a twin rather than double room as I was travelling with my teenage daughter and we would not be able to sleep in a double bed. there was a double bed and unmade single bed in the room. I went back down to ask if it was possible to get sheets for the single and I could make it up myself (as we had arrived late evening). He refused and said I would have to pay a further fee if so. He could see I was highly surprised at this having requested it at booking and also as the bed was already there and unavailable to anyone else. He was VERY unfriendly about it. Several minutes later when I was in the shower he apparently opened the door to the room unannounced and handed a set of sheets to my daughter without a word and my young daughter was shocked that he used his key to open the door without permission. It was very strange to say the least!! The lady on the desk in the morning was in contrast pleasant and welcoming.

We were invited to a free breakfast which was excellent. One of the staff, an older gentleman, gave us excellent travel advice and went out of his way to provide us with all necessary information. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

Fantastic location in the centre of the city, in easy walking distance to the station. For all that, it wasn't noisy at night and we had a good sleep. Clean and comfortable.

Couldn't take advantage of the breakfast as it was only served from 7.30am and we had a train to catch.

Good to- what you would expect for the price. As expect. Curtains were very flimsy no match against the light. Other then that perfectly okay

We never imagine hotel without toilet inside but was public. Terrible

Location was fab for the station and exploring Friendly staff and decent breakfast selection

I understand Trieste is expensive but the overall quality of accommodation for this price point just isn't good enough

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were ready to help us everytime we needed. The room was clean and nice and the location was perfect. In one word, I really recommend this hotel to stay in Trieste.
