Amazing, clean and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mansart and I couldn't be happier with my experience! We stayed at Hotel Mansart for 2 nights and loved it. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Overall a nice stay. The hotel could use an update as several areas looked worn. Also value did not line up for the price of the rooms. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Great small hotel in a terrific location. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. This is a small, typical Parisian hotel and not like a large US chain hotel. If that is the experience you are looking for, I would highly recommend Hotel Mansart.

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly, professional And accommodating. We stayed in a junior suite and we were not disappointed. There are well-known hotel chains in the area, but I’ll always choose Mansart.

Modern building from the outside and reception. Bedroom was vintage, quaint and beautifully decorated. Really comfy bed. Clean bathroom with separate toilet. Breakfast offered a lot of choice but small room with very close tables. Male staff were helpful but the lady wasn’t. We didn’t want to sit where she wanted us to but after tutting and talking under her breath obliged. Receptionists were helpful and it was a delight to have a cup of coffee and piece of cake away from the bedroom.

Uneven floors. Couldn’t open the window. Small room even we were told we were upgraded. Staff and breakfast excellent

I absolutely loved my stay at The Hotel Mansart! I had a beautiful, clean room. It was a great size and the staff were very accommodating and extremley pleasurable! This was a beautiful additon to my vacation and made my whole time in Paris a very memorable happy experience. Francesca was an amazing host at the front desk and i would definitely stay at the hotel Mansart due to her, the rest of the staff, cleanliness, safety and comfort. Have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row but this was my last time. I had to switch rooms 3 times due to odor and poor standard of cleanliness (silverfish bugs in bathtub). Was told they will be undergoing renovations in a year or two. However, I will not be staying there again.

Our stay was very enjoyable: warm, safe and discreet. Unfortunately the noise from a nearby nightclub necessitated a room move, however, the night manager on duty was extremely helpful in facilitating our move. The location of the hotel is excellent.

I've been to Paris quite a lot, but I've never stayed in a hotel as wonderful as the Mansart. The room was gorgeous and well-appointed with high ceilings, beautiful natural light, and amazing decorations; the amenities were extensive and pleasing; and above all, the staff are all so warm, friendly, kind, helpful, professional, and courteous, explaining all their services in clear detail right at check-in and providing help wherever necessary for the rest of our trip. Special shout-out to their concierge service, which went above and beyond to help us not only with restaurant reservations but also with rental car services and more. Thank you, Francesca, Svetlana, Alexandra, and Maria!!!! At any time of day or evening they were around to help us out, always with a smile. I sincerely looked forward to getting back to my room every night so I could relax in pure luxury. This absolutely felt like the royal treatment for a full week. Plus, the location is INCREDIBLE--literally 15 seconds away from Place Vendome, with access to all the shopping, food, and sightseeing we could stand and then some. I can't recommend the Mansart highly enough, and my partner and I would absolutely choose to stay here again on a future trip to Paris.

We had originally booked a different hotel that was a nightmare, so this was a place we booked in an emergency. It was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived. The lobby felt bright and clean, staff was warm and inviting, the room was absolutely stunning! It felt very old-school, romantic, Paris. It had a chandelier, fireplace, balcony, huge modern bathroom… it was everything that we possibly could have asked for in Paris, and the price was except reasonable. We actually had friends staying in a much “fancier” hotel and they tried to cancel that reservation to come stay in this one.

The hotel was lovely and very close to major attractions, including the Louvre and Norte Dame Cathedral.

I have just checked out this morning from this lovely boutique hotel after an 8 night stay. As always, it is a beautifully well run establishment that caterers to their guests and makes them feel pampered. The location can't be beat being next to Place de Vendome and all area attractions. It is a quiet hotel and has a wonderful, private feel to it. The breakfast is great and all the staff, from the dining room, bedrooms, and front desk, are top drawer. This is a classic Parisienne hotel with many art deco touches. The roons are beautiful and you won't regret staying here!

Everything was good.

It's a good hotel, but , the wooden floor is too old and too noise at every step in the room and in hallway. If there's people above and quite a bit of walking in the hallway, it becomes too noisy.

The Mansart hotel and the team made our trip to Paris incredibly memorable. We will be back, highly recommended!

I have never used the bath as this hotel was. Very very incompatible.

Great location. Enjoyed the room. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The bathroom toiletries were less than half full on arrival and we’re not refilled. The toilet paper was coarse and rough

Wonderful stay at Mansart in the heart of Place Vendome. The hotel is charming but it is the staff who were all outstanding. I felt like I was at home. Amazing prices considering this is a luxurious Parisian neighborhood. Rooms perfect for Paris not at all small! Highly recommend 👍

Great location but the property could use some freshening up. Front desk people are friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable with respect to basic questions such as local amenities, including restaurants, shopping, etc.

This hotel was located in the true heart of Paris and filled with authentic art pieces. It was a mix of aged and upgraded, but well stocked and filled with the finest of refreshments upon arrival and daily. The view of the street below was stunning. Located behind the Ritz, you get the location without the price tag!
