Great spot. Surrounded by great amenities.

Terrible stay, the worst experience in a hotel so far in our lives. So disappointing! There was not hot water at all, hence only freezing showers to wash ourselves for two nights. The staff did not notify us at check-in. But we learned that the hot eater tank issue lasted since 10 days. The manager was not present. Nobody proposed a refund because we booked via Expedia.

Hotel is great and the italian restaurant is super convenient. Room was clean and quiet. Parking little challenging on the friday we arrived but we did end up finding a spot at the back of the hotel

Great stay. Stayed in a junior suite in the 2nd floor. Rooms are very nice. Parking is easy. Quick walk to local brewery, breakfast options and other great restaurants. Pacini is in the same building if that’s your kind of spot.

Well located near the St-Laurence River (Walkable). Very clean, conviniently associated with à good Italien restaurant.

This is a great spot to stay. We had a few small issues with our room (bathroom sink was not draining well, bar fridge was missing temperature control knob) and the lovely staff were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel - renovated rooms and just accros the 4 km boardwalk ! and the St-Germain street that is during summer time for pedestrians only ! Highly recommended and we will be back !

Rooms were smaller than my expectation. My room was next to a parking lot. Was promised a room change, but it never happened, although we had moved our luggage to a storage area.

The place is fairly quiet. Elevator and roomin general were not clean. We could see finger prints on elevator walls, room door handles, sink and shower faucets and the wall air condition was stained . Not worth the price we pay, minimum service, they refused to give me a receipt when signing out.

The staff were excellent, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the outside property looked like it had been let go- weeds and garbage.

The welcoming was great!

For me its worst hotel in the entire trip and the costliest one. When someone pay around 300$ then certain services are expected atleast AC should be working. We we were there for only one night.. We reached late around 1 AM to the hotel and we were given room in which AC wasnt cooling enough. So we tried calling from the room to reception but the phone wasnt working. we also cant call from Mobile because we tried earlier to call the hotel to inform we will reach late but their phone wasnt working. We came to know when we reached the hotel. Then we went to room and waited for the ac to make the room cool but The room was so big that the AC vent was too small to cool the room. Witj my swollen foot .. i went all the way to reception again and to see what can be done..We were given one small fan which wasnt enough. And who doesnt put latch on bathroom door and glass door.. no privacy. However i can ignore these but AC not working when you pay 250 and hotel is said to be 4 star . For me it was horrible stay. Its 2 star property .. with worst customer care service. Basic amenities were not provided.
