Nothing to fault here. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

Our room was large, very clean and in excellent condition. Bed was also very comfortable.
Location is convenient with many restaurants in the area and a short walk to a large shopping mall.
The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. For me I find a lot of the food in Panama "americanised" meaning full of artifical ingredients and sweeteners and I found the breakfast the same. We enjoyed everything else and would definitely return.

Upon our arrival we got the wrong room and was told that the room we paid for is booked, plus the sink was clogged, anyways, later that night they call to tell us that a double bed room was now available, when we got there the room had a terrible smell we had to go back to the first room, the following day we were told that another double bed room was available, we had a stressful night moving from one room to the other with our luggages and no form of compensation, that’s very unprofessional. Other than our unfortunate experience, we enjoyed the area which was right across from the mall, breakfast was somewhat good but they need more breakfast options. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Pool was nice but could be cleaner.

It was a great start altogether. The room nice and comfortable. The location was great. Good restaurants and mall close by (walking). The staff is amazing. The breakfast is amazing as well. My only issue was the extra firm bed. Be prepared!
Also do not eat at Burger Geisa next door!

Clean room and friendly staff. Very good dinner at the restaurant. Not a walkable location but most of Panama City isn’t walkable. Easy to get an Uber, waited 5 mins at the most.

Area was in the center of so many amazing restaurants. Parking available on site. Breakfast was accommodated as a take away as we had to checkout at 5:30 AM to catch our flight.

This is a cute boutique hotel and very short walk away from multiplaza mall. There are corner stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance - 5 minutes or so.
There isn’t much action at the hotel but it’s a plus if you prefer to be more low-key. The breakfast was amazing! The rice and chicken options were my favourite! I had it every day.
The staff are so pleasant and helpful - special mention to Eileen and Carlos. If you prefer an affordable, clean, low-key and accessible hotel then this is a great option!

Breakfast was outstanding! The garage was very hard to maneuver and parking was limited. I liked it so much that I stayed twice. The swimming pool was small but nice.

The hotel is great, front desk always willing to assist you. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good and staff was helpful too.
Electric kettle and microwave should be optional for Caribbean guests.Just a beautiful place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The best I can say is when I come back to Panama City, I am staying here again. Everything was top notch from delicious breakfasts to comfortable bed to nice pool and gym, and great, friendly people. Not a single complaint. 5 stars across the board. They gave us an early check in and late check out even. WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!!
