The hotel has an elevator- all these hotels have very steep stairs with few offering an elevator , this one did!
The place is in a perfect location with a great Resteraunt and Sister Resteraunt’s at another hotel nearby - Very expensive for their best suite but once you pay for accommodations very fair pricing on all else. Excellent room service food!

Every aspect of our visit was superb. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we could have been the only guests, thanks to the amazing staff. The room quality was exceptional, and every detail was what you would expect of a 5-star resort. The staff was always available to make recommendations, and their island tips were right on point. In my travels around Europe, this stands out as possibly the best that I've experienced. Highest recommendations.

This was probably the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The suite was spacious, spotless and appeared to recently updated. The terrace was huge and well appointed and the plunge pool comfortable and clean. The view was the shining star. We were on the top level so no one was peering down on our terrace so we had ample privacy while still being the the thick of it. Service and food were amazing. I can't recommend it strongly enough. Go, stay and luxuriate in one of Santorini's best offerings.

The Canaves Oia Suites was the most complete hotel and dining experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The views from your veranda are absolutely breathtaking. The bottle of wine in your room was a nice touch. The pool area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views, as well as to enjoy an amazing breakfast or dinner. The entire staff was exceptional. They secured dinner reservations, ATV rentals, massages, etc. The level of service exceeded my expectations.

It was our first time in Santorini and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The location of the property was the best in Oia! Besides the out of this world accommodation, the staff and service, we’re phenomenal!!! They were not only professional, but very warm and welcoming. There were so many positive reactions and comments from our friends on social media. We are already planning a return trip next year!! A Big Thank you to the team at Canaves Oia Suites!

Great location. Beautiful hotel and views. Food was pretty good. Tad bit salty than I like ,and I love salt ! Our river pool room was very nice and clean. Only complaint was when we called in the evening to ask to heat the plunge pool they said the maintence ppl had gone home already and even if they could find someone it would take 5 hours to heat. A little disappointed we didn't get to use a heated plunge pool . Also our TV didn't work which wasn't too big of a deal I just like to watch tv when I fall asleep. When I called that night they said it was connectivity issues and that our TV might not be able to connect to the internet. Again, for a room pushing 2k a night I expected a working televison. Other than that our stay was great! Would stay here on our next trip but I would just make sure that everything was in order before settling in.

Wow! Wow is all I can really say. These guys went above and beyond. They thought of every single detail. There is absolutely nothing I can even begin to complain about. My stay was so perfect that I'll be booking again the next time I'm in Santorini!

The superior rooms were reasonably sized, clean and quaint with great views. The plunge pool was a disappointment as all it truly was… is a jacuzzi tub that was very warm and unusable in July-Aug heat.
The service though, the absolute best. Everyone is so accommodating and helped us in so many ways from securing a wonderful sunset yacht cruise, to private Transportation and rental car reservations.
The food is very modern, so if you’re expecting traditional Greek cuisine, you won’t find it here. But it’s very good. The views and pools were fantastic, of course.

WOW, we had an amazing stay at Canaves Oia suites. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast each morning was delicious. Staff was very helpful and set up an island tour for us. The location is great, walking distance to shopping and dinning. My only complaint was that the pillows were a little hard for my liking. Everything else was perfect. I would stay here again and again!

We went for our honeymoon and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were in the center of everything and the staff went over and beyond to meet our needs. Very helpful and nice. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we came back to Santorini. Best hotel in Santorini!

The hotel was in a perfect location. The rooms were a little tired and the food was just average and the dinner was overpriced and miniscule. However this is the best you get in Santorini.

The weather was perfect every day and led to an incredible sunset every evening. Oia gets very busy for sunset, but we enjoyed a private viewing each night from the quiet comfort of the hotel. Every room has a terrific balcony and a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests. They even helped plan out dinner reservations, a sunset cruise, local taxis and a mini adventure one afternoon. We'd stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful hotel on a magnificent locations. Views are stunning! The staff on every level were kind and went out of their way to ensure the guests had an enjoyable stay. The only caution would be to note there are a lot of steep stairs - anyone with any mobility issues shoukd be aware. Otherwise a 5 star experience

Amazing hotel with what I believe are the best views on the island. Waking up every morning to breathtaking water views and eating breakfast brought up to our private balcony are the things we will miss most. The staff were all excellent as well and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and memorable.

AMAZING. The stay here had exceeded expectation greatly. From the genuine friendliness of the staff, the design of the premise, stunning view, location, and the upgrade to the honeymoon suite was unbelievable. This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in my 40 years of existence so far. The team and especially the gentleman at the reception whose name I have forgotten made the whole stay an unforgettable experience which I will hold dearly for the rest of my life.
