Super nice. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was clean and quiet, which is important. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable. Probably time for some new ones. Breakfast was amazing. They kept it well stocked and clean. The person taking care of it was polite and efficient. Very nice place to stay.

The hotel was great. Unfortunately, there was someone the floor above us who had their tv blaring till 1 am. Wish their was a curfew for people staying to try to follow

The room was nice and spacious. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I didn't care for the TV setup. It was digital over the air, but yet based out of Denver. I couldn't find a local channel for news and weather. The internet was also based out of Denver. All default searches were for Denver. After experiencing breakfast at other hotels (like Hampton Inn) the breakfast was average at best. Bacon, scrambled eggs, and a rock hard biscuit (hockey puck). No gravy. No seasonings. No thought but into the breakfast, but the bare basics. Good cereal selection, but only whole milk was available.

It was a good stay, but for the price it was not worth it. At $250 a night, I expected a much nicer stay. Rooms were outdated and could use a facelift. It was fairly clean for the most part. I probably would not stay again. The price was not worth it in my opinion.

Nice outdoor area. Restaurant within walking distance. Very close to airport. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast is great. Much more than expected.

Our room smelled like a dog!! There was an old peach pit left in the ice bucket and stunk up the whole room when we took the lid off! Disgusting. The carpet had not been vacuumed. And there was a huge red stain on the carpet that I feel a better attempt to clean could be made. The large mirror in the entryway had kid fingerprints all over it. And there were a lot of hairs all over the bathroom. The top sheets on the beds did not feel or smell clean. And finally, we asked the front desk girl, if there is any place to eat nearby. She directed us to places far enough way to drive. As we were driving to one of them, we noticed there was an Outback Steak House right next-door to this hotel. We came in from the other side, so did not see it. We could’ve so easily walked there. We will never use this hotel again.

The property was fine but cell phones dont eork in the building and the wifi is too weak to do anything. We were a group of 4 business travelers and it was very frustrating.

The air conditioning compressor and blower in our room, as well as that in the room of friends who stayed on the floor above us was LOUD. None of us (5 guests; 2 rooms) got a restful sleep. We were woken up throughout the night every time the AC kicked on. We were not able to crack the windows (late August), so the only solution for relief from the thunderous noise was to turn the room thermostat up...which made it even more uncomfortable. My report at checkout did not seem to surprise or concern the hotel concierge, but he did offer a half-hearted apology.

Carpets were dirty throughout the property. No garbage bags in the trash cans. Leftover food from previous people was still in the fridge. Overall nasty.

Other than the obnoxious neighbors across the hall at 2am slamming their doors, multiple times and the air conditioner that was not cold enough and shut off overnight - we could not get to come back on (miraculously it came back on at 7 am on its own), our stay was uneventful and served its purpose.

They no longer run an airport shuttle during normal hours and require an appointment 24 hours in advance. Ended up spending $80 on Ubers to and from airport. They said sorry there was nothing they could do.

This property was conveniently located and had good parking. The included breakfast was above average and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit small and could use some extra attention from the cleaning staff. Our room had food grime on some of the walls near the trash cans.

Telephone was dead! Internet was intermittent and very slow when it did work. Room was very small. Paint and drywall near the tub was deteriorated with debris from it on the floor. Bathroom door had peeled paint. Waste baskets way too small for 3 day cleaning schedule. We will never again stay at a Country Inn & Suites since the refund was not adequate. Many indications of poor management of this hotel.

Very terrible experience all 4 of us incl my kids could not use the toilet at all it was already filled to the brim and not flushing at all. We had to use the commone toilets ground floor. Running up and down imagine after a long air travel this is what we had to go through.
Staff didnt bother to get it fixed and just handed us a plunger. It was already full when we checked in and are we supposed clean that and then if by luck use it??

Breakfast was terrible in fact anything we ask ran out of supplies Tuesday was the response and waiting for truck to refill. No bananas, toaster not working eggs had ham and beef no scrambled eggs kids were hungry so were we and many who were with us had the same issue. And the price is a ripoff for this kind of service. Please ensure we get a refund for this
