Good value and well situated

Overall very happy, a large room, comfortable and well furnished and fairly quiet. Room was only made up on request. The TV had no English or German news channels, which for this price category is unacceptable. The breakfast arrangements were messy with buffet payable to the hotel and a la carte payable to the restaurant. Location is very good, being on the waterfront and near the old town.

Friendly personnel that were super helpful. Clean large rooms in a quiet location with cafes and restaurants within minutes and away from more touristic areas. Highly recommended hotel too stay at.

Amazing accommodation. Right on the river with fab views. Facilities within the room was great.

Exellent location with a super nice roof top bar. Service minded staff. Only negative is the breakfast, you get alot more for your money if you choose a place outside the hotel.

Great location and rooms were super. Only had one problem as tv and phone didn’t work but otherwise great place with awesome views and within walking distance of everything. Well worth staying here.

The restaurant in the hotel could not coordinate three meals to be served at the same time. One was ten mintes late. The restaurant has now become a themed Greek restaurant which is fine for one night as there was no other menu which meant we had to eat out. We were not informed upon our arrival that we had to request the rooms to be cleaned . Other than that the stay and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Wonderfull hotel with nice views but one of the worse breakfast services on the Greek restaurant of first floor where the hotel makes the breakfast for customers.

The room was clean and spacious. If you get a room on the Szafarnia street side the view is great over the river (especially after the construction works have finished). During weekends and festivities the noise from the street and the bars is a minus but you can shut the windows and keep the noises outside. If you need parking remember to reserve it in advance because the spots are limited. The hotel parking is conveniently right at the back of the hotel. The pizza/drink terrace on the 10th floor offers great sights over the city. And the pizzas were not bad either. The main town starts right from the nearest bridge and it is the real attraction. Old town is not old anymore because it has been rebuilt in a more modern style.

We had good views from the 6th floor of the city which added to the location. Room spacious and very clean. Self catering equipment sufficient. It was nice that the hotel provided an extra chair so that our friend could join us for breakfast. Only downside was that the outside steps are unlit.

Pleasantly surprised at this 3* hotel. Stayed in a superior suite, which had full kitchen facilities (not that we used them) and room for 4 if you needed it. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Staff friendly and spoke very good English. Plenty of choice at breakfast each day.

Excellent location, lovely accommodation, helpful staff. Highly recommended, I would stay here again. Hotel arranged taxis to and from the airport and allowed us to leave our baggage in their office for the day between checking out and going to the airport.

Excellent location and very comfortable spacious room. We were on the 8th floor with a wonderful view over the city. Very good value for money.

I booked deluxe room with old town city view but received the room with construction view and noise from that.There was no compensation/ partial refund / anything else offered. I booked the room because there was fireworks in Old Town that day and it was last hotel in my trip in Poland. So last accord was terrible.Completely unsatisfied. Night was a nightmare because of mosquitoes from air climate system.This hotel in my "Never again" list now. You will get noise from construction in 100 meters away and view to the parking / building construction.

What a neat surprise. This was a large room with great beds and air conditioning that worked. The staff was very helpful and was multi-lingual.

The studio room we stayed in (number 55) was a modern, clean, well decorated room with a kitchenette and dining area with a fantastic view of the Old Town and river. The hotel is strategically within walking distance of the major sites as well as a local corner grocery store, cafe and shops. It has a restaurant that opens until 10 PM that also has a great view and provides great service.

Was at the hotel for two weeks in a suite. Staff was very helpful and nice. Had a slight problem with in room safes. Had two replaced due to malfunction. Replaced promptly. Otherwise, positive experience. Definitely walking distance to all the sights in Old Town. Cabs taken from in front of hotel were reliable & fairly prices. Ask for the price to your destination before you leave. Cabs taken from other locations back to hotel are opportunistic & generally more expensive. Again, ask for prices before you leave to avoid being ripped off.
