We enjoyed our stay at the First Choice. It is a calm and relaxing 2 bed & 2 baths apt. Always pleasant. Walking distance to eatery and not too far from the beach.

The tv had very little English speaking programs

I was mad at the security guard who checked me in because of the property is an residence which they have protocol after Covid-19, but the guard’s manner was rude as I asked how I can check-in. But, whatever, I would say the property’s price range is crazy a good deal for room amenities like kitchen, utensils, pool, location in the middle of walkable attractions. I recommend for someone who tends to stay longer which this property will provide you all-rounds.

We like this place very much. Staff very nice e good propriety for a family. One suggestion is to give toilet paper base on how many days people, as it is an apartment and there is no daily service

Series of rooms in residential condominiums. Sufficient facilities not fancy but comfortable enough. Great locations with pharmacy, convenient store and beaches in waking distancing (less than 400 m.)

Wonderful stay in a beautiful room. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. Very convenient location too.

Perfect.

This is a condo that has empty units rented out as hotel accomodations, but it is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area when arrived at First Choice Suites, which was confusing for us because this building is addressed as Baan Koo Kiang, not First Choice Suites. However, it was perfect for us for we rented 20 nights stay in Hua Hin for its location is on the main road easily walk or taxi to shopping area. It is quiet a walk to the beach about 12 minutes or more. Having to cross the busy Thai road to get to the beach, we don't recommend staying at this condo. I am rating my stay for the price, the cleanliness, the kitchenette, once a week housekeeping, as a condo studio unit with full size bed for 2 people -a 5 stars. But do not expect front desk service like a hotel.

Lovely appartement for long stay

Hi good sized 2 bedroom self serviced apartment . Only 120 baht to get around in taxi via the grab app . Really disappointed as the pool wasn't in any fit state to sit round or use . This is one of the reasons why I opted for this apartment . Staff very nice and friendly. Swimming pool really let it down

Bed was small and uncomfortable

Pro: The apartment is new and tidy, come with kitchen utilities. Location is great, located along the main Hua Hin highway and near BluPort shopping mall. Con: As past occupier probably cook in the apartment and fume hood is uncovered, the living hall of the room that I was staying in had an oily smell. Luckily master bedroom was fine ( no sour smell). Would be great if the facility management can give us some breeze / deodorizer to spray the room. ( like what the hotel in Japan didi).

We enjoyed staying here. The check in was easy, an apartment was clean, beds are comfortable and the flat has everything you need. Blue port is near by and the sea is not far away, although it’s not possible to cross the road near apartment. You have to either walk to blue port or under the high way bridge which can be slightly inconvenient if you want to get to the sea fast and easy.

This was a nice room but it is not a hotel. A booking company rents out the rooms. The room was nice and new with great wifi but there are no English channels on the tv. 7-11 store is close by, You can't walk to the beach as there is the main road with a concrete divider. I liked the room but would not stay there again. There were no hotel staff as it is not a hotel so rated this accordingly.

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was clean, bright and well appointed. My only complaint is that the bed was on the small size, but I think we could have avoided that with an upgraded room. I would stay here again.

I booked this apartment initially for 24 nights. Always a little risky in case you end up not liking it or encounter poor service. I need not have worried as it was excellent, in fact due to my work circumstances changing whilst I was there I decided to stay a further month. On my day of arrival I was met by the extremely helpful Bo. She gave me all the information I required and made sure that I was settled. She gave me her details and told me if there were any issues throughout my stay to call her. She was good to her word, I reported an issue with the shower and it was dealt with immediately. This is an apartment so don't expect maid service each day. This was however provided once a week and cleaned to a very high standard. The pool is excellent as are the loungers around the pool area. It is a quiet, peaceful and a relaxing place to spend the day. The public areas are cleaned daily and it is immaculate. There are pleasant security guards on the main entrance and the apartment blokes are very secure. The apartment is some distance from the town. Baht buses costing 10 baht a trip pass by the front of the apartment at regular times throughout the day and early evening. At night you can get a taxi from the centre of town back to the apartment for 150-200 Bht There is a 7/11 next to the apartment and you are walking distance from the beach but you do have to cross a busy road. The German bakery is walking distance and worth a visit for breakfast The gym is adequate.
