Excellent location. Clean room. Breakfast very good.
The only issue we had was the room was very hot and it was very incomfortable to sleep because of the heat. NO aircondition is a big issue during hot summer days. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient.

We arrived at The Hotel after Travelling for 12 hours and was very tired. We had a prepaid reservation and had mentioned in The reservation that we were suppose to arrive around 20.30 in The evening. When we came to check in, The Hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was a bit stressed and had difficulties with explaining for us in english. We were told to sit down and wait and have a drink in The bar. We did not Get any updates of what was going on, but when we asked them after a while waiting what is happening, they had fixed us a room at another Hotel nearby. Luckily this was a very nice Hotel, but it was no good experience with ACHAT.

I’m here every year for a conference, and the staff is always so nice, the breakfast is great, and the vibes are good. Plus even with a DJ in the lobby and a room next to the elevator on the 2nd floor I hear zero noise! I’ll be back again in 2025.

Prepaid on Hotel.com but was charged again at the hotel and could not get the charges waved as noone with authority was present upon check out. My reservation on hotels.com did not reflect the one the hotel had in their system - I showed bank draw and receipt.

Do not presume you can park at the hotel: they have limited availability. This was not clear during our booking. A nearby parking garage solved our problem. Well situated hotel in the lovely town of Bremen. Accommodation was fine, online check-in/check-out lacked personality but was effective (uses Hotelbird). Only downside was the apparent lack of ventilation in the kitchen during breakfast leaving us smelling of bacon as we left the Hotel. Good choice for visiting Bremen.

the heat was undoable in the floors of the rooms and in the room itself;
phone to call the reception didn't work;
curtains not hooked into properly;
had to call the reception on their landline via private phone asked for A/C to be turned on and informed about broken phone - feedback: they know about it but the electrician is not available that day to fix it and the A/C will only be turned on with outdoor temperature of 20 degrees (at least they offered to switch rooms but we have been tired and not in the mood to hop rooms until we find one which is not a sauna)

The chef went home ill on my first evening, and they were apparently not able to find another during my 3 nights stay. Therefore only the bar menu was available.

We came with a dog. The receptionist gave us an upgraded room on the first floor so it was easy to get out with the dog. Big room with a free minibar. Modern furniture, high quality bed. For the price this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Highly recommended

Gorgeous bathroom with a huge corner tub. Very quiet even though there was a lot of bars with people going out, on the street next to the hotel. The duvets were also very comfortable - would stay here again.

Nice hotel for a stay in Bremen. Room was comfy and the facilities were all open, including the small spa area and the gym.
Breakfast was very good with a comprehensive mixture of both hot and cold food.
Five minutes walk to the old town and about the same length of time to the railway station.

Staff was friendly and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Room was sober equipped. WiFi connection was poor with regular disruptions / disconnections making online meetings hard as well as working in the Citrix environment. Fitness facilities were advertised as 24-hours, but actually opened from 9.00 am, so no morning training to energize for a new business day. Nice park in environment for outdoor walking.
