Property was clean

I really enjoyed being in this hotel with my family, we really loved it. Everyone was very nice, the place is very nice and clean, the pool was great, the breakfast offered a great variety of options and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I would love to stay again.

The staffs are super nice and all facilities are clean. I didn't like only one thing. It was some smells in the bathroom.

Front desk lady wasn’t welcoming when checking in. She is not a friendly person.

The WiFi and cell service at this location is weak. The hotel was clean, but felt dated and rundown. The women at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection was good and always refilled.

We stayed in #207 for 3 nights. Room was large and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable, the pillows were terrible (not sure why all hotels are going with feather pillows). Water pressure was good, couldn't change the settings of the shower head though. Air conditioner worked very well. Fridge and microwave worked well too. At night when all is quiet, I80 can be heard a little but nothing crazy. Breakfast was from 6-10 which was great, however all my husband wanted was actual sausage or bacon and neither were a choice during the week or weekend. Scrambled eggs and egg frittatas were the two types eggs provided over 3 days. Fruit choices, Belgium waffle toppings and pastry selections were pretty good. The lobby has hot fresh coffee, tea and hot water 24/7 with plenty of creamer selections.

My family and I were enjoying the time there. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will planning to go back on November.

Service was excellent! Room was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Very safe and conveniently located.

Prices are a little high for area but hotel is clean, friendly service, spacious rooms, good free fresh breakfast.

Great hotel. I come every year with my wife and kids. Great staff, great pool and breakfast.

We were happy with the breakfast choices! Thanks for the hot food including eggs and sausage and waffles and the variety of other to go items. The pool was in good condition and kept at a nice temperature The hotel was clean too. My only complaint is being charged $30 fee in case we broke something that would be put back on my card in a week to ten days. Is that normal? Otherwise we would highly recommend this hotel and the friendly staff.

Friendly, easy chrck in. Room was clean. AC works well. Friendly staff. One complaint would be the pillows. They dont shape.

Guest Services experience was outstanding. The check in and check out process was very easy. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location of the property is very close to food and shopping. I give the property a 10/10 and would definitly recommend.
