There was no chair in the room, making work very difficult. The designer ought to visit a Premier Inn to get some ideas.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and there was a daily room cleaning service. Buffet breakfast was great. Tea and coffee making available in the room. Very good shower and adjustable air conditioning in the room was a bonus. Cons: Room is advertised as having TV with cable channels, but the channels were freeview and half of them didn't work with retuning from the menu blocked. Floors were very creaky and woke the family whenever I walked to get to the toilet during the night. Parking is available but at an additional cost (£9 overnight, payable before exiting). Overall it is a lovely convenient place to stay and this was our 2nd time at the hotel.

Well on first appearance, all good. Modern, clean, friendly staff. Bathroom great, spacious shower, good quality toiletries. However during the night I kept getting a faint smell of urine so assume that someone has had an accident in the room at some point and it’s not been fully removed (119). Then we had a guy, completely off his face causing commotion in the hallway around 1.30 which lasted for about an hour or so - assuming police came to remove him. Thankfully I had earplugs so it dulled some of the shouting and swearing. Not the worst hotel in Grimsby. We were just unfortunate. Park in the council run car park rather than the hotel one as you get charged every time you leave. Walking distance to train station. Curry house over the road offers a good meal. Would use again if in the area.

One point was the time waiting for the food at breakfast. I had to wait over 25 mintues for the hash browns and over 20 minutes for the bacon and the sausages and at 09.25 there were no baps left. Whilst my family eat I had toast and marmalade , toast with scrambled eggs. They really need to plan according too the number of guests.

hotel is handy for train station 3 minutes walk. wetherspoons 3 minute walk, bus stops few minutes walk shopping centre few minutes walk. enjoyed our 2 night stay with breakfast

Car parking was an additional £9 for an overnight stay. Disappointing addition.

Brand new hotel next to the station

I've stayed here many times due to the location being great and accessibility. This was a family stay and most enjoyable. The only downside was there was three of us and the pull out bed had really large joints out springs on which made sleeping uncomfortable. Other amenities good.

First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. The only thing I would add to the room is a small fridge. The breakfast (included in the price) offered many options. There are many shops nearby (including a supermarket) and some nice restaurants too. A great pizzeria is less than a 5 minute walk away and the train station is next door for easy access. Nothing else to say, really, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Standards are slipping stayed 4 nights and saw tables being cleared but never once cleaned in morning for breakfast,uncomfortable at night as air con still not working correctly reported at least twice,toilet not flushing well and flusher panel hanging off wall reported at least twice,nothing done

The staff in this hotel are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quiet with good facilities in the room. My room was tidied and cleaned every day. Also the TV is a good size.
