The property was ‘fine’. We should have asked more questions. Pool hours were very limited (10-8pm) so we weren’t able to even use it. The room: dated and not super comfortable, strange furniture and layout, not convenient for putting your bags on. Beds were fine. The room had not been properly cleaned and prepped. The tissue box was empty but still there, the shower not cleaned with hair on the floor. There were 3 of us and we paid an extra $27 for the 3rd adult but only 2 towels in the room. We asked for the tissues and towels twice and finally they were delivered late in the evening. Also, the phone in the room rang 3 times in the middle of the night, I answered and nobody responded. A glitch? Such an odd experience overall but since we only were passing through and stayed one night just pushed through it!

Fairytale gardens! Incredibly well manicured gardens make one feel the property is in its own planet. Greats attention to detail and decore compares to Neuschwanstein castle during its 19th century grandeur. The hotel is a destination in itself! I’ll travel back to Mexico just to stay in this peaceful setting… staff is the best I’ve dealt with in a long time; ego was extremely happy with the service.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth every single penny. The food at the bar/restaurant is outstanding and there are various beautiful gardens to sit and relax at.

Loved the place, beautiful gardens, lovely rooms, the only thing I didn’t like is that they told me the pool opened at 11am, when I went by the pool, it was open at 7am 🙁 didn’t get a chance to enjoy it!!

Excellent overall. However did have trouble sleeping as had really noisy children neighbors, or sounded like there was construction. Felt safe. Ordered ubereats though restaurant was now open

Slightly older interior but felt very clean. Alcohol dispensers at front desk and entrance to room areas. Maybe 1/3 occupied at most as estimated by number of cars parked in lot. Spa and pool and Rec area closed. No food for room service but did do Uber Eats. food available in morning until 5 pm in hotel restaurant which had indoor and outdoor seating. Since not many ppl distancing wasn’t an issue. Was Overcharged for hertz car rental but that is another story in an otherwise flawless trip.

Excellent hotel. Only problem for me was the time the restaurant was open; I was out before open and back after close. The only time I was able to eat in restaurant I could not pay by credit card.

I really liked the facilities and service provided by the hotel. In addition, my vehicle was safe during my stay since it has surveillance. There was nothing that I would not like about this hotel.

Would definitely go back to this property. The scenery and the room was stunning. There was a bit of a language barrier, but staff did their best to help me with my questions in a professional manner.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were quiet. In the photos it looks like they have a hot tub, but it is just a small kiddie pool. The pool is heated which is nice. The check-in process at the hotel was great, though I got a whatsapp message in the morning asking me to confirm it within 2 hours saying my reservation would be canceled if I didn't. I was on an airplane, so I couldn't, but my reservation still worked. Would appreciate if they changed that process! Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.
