We always stay at this location when we visit gatlinburg and are usually happy. This time we had a blip when we checked in and it took longer than needed especially after a long drive. Also, the breakfast was slacking a little. The French toast was hard and inedible. No yogurt, or bananas. The line was always out of something. We only saw 1 person and that is too much for 1 person to handle. Happy they had over flow parking but we should always be able to park on property. We also paid a lot for this weekend we usually book 2 rooms but it was too expensive.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, but zero housekeeping service unless specifically requested on a daily basis. Not even clean towels unless you went to the front desk and requested them. This is absurd.

Just a few inconveniences - back entry door was broken and could not be used for access from parking area. The elevator floor was in poor disrepair. The toilet in our room screamed when it was flushed. And most irritating was the selection of TV channels was terribly poor, with no options for occupants to log in to get a better channel selections. This was reported to front desk, but actual complaint was ignored and a TV channel list was provided for viewing. Not on a separate sheet. The channel numbers didn’t correspond with the few channels that were actually available. Most channels purported to be available were blocked out.

Off the main street of Gatlinburg so a little less chaotic but walkable to everything food and entertainment wise. Staff at front desk were very kind and respectful. Very calm and helpful. Cookies upon arrival. Free parking and wifi. The room was very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding (hot food, fruit). This was the best place we have ever stayed for the price. Easy access to GSMNP. Our family was very happy and this place deserves 10 stars.

The rims were large but dated. There were also some things they could have done to make it feel cleaner. There are two doors in the lower hallway. One goes to the front desk and the other one goes to an office (I think). They weren't disgustingly dirty and it's the first thing you see when you turn the corner. A simple wipe down and that would resolve that. Other than that, it's a fantastic location... And breakfast was good.

We have stayed at this property many times. We love the hotel and the staff is amazing! The location is one of the reasons we continue to stay here time and again. Yes, you could find a nicer hotel but this one is clean, up to date, literally a 3 min walk to Ripley's and Sugarland and the staff is absolutely the best. Just do it.

There was literally nothing that stood out as good. The beds were passable by camping standards and it was a large room. Everything else was dirty and damaged and smelly. The whole room smelled musty and damp. The staff was less than hospitable. The pool was closed (whole reason I booked this hotel). Nothing stood out as good

While this stay was overall good, the pool was no longer able to be used but it said there was a pool when I booked the stay. When we checked in-hotel staff specifically said overflow parking was across the street and we ended having to park there one night due to lack of parking space for hotel guests. Our car ended up being towed and after watching the rest of the stay I feel like hotel staff and the tow driver are working together and can't help but feel like we were taken advantage of while on vacation with our three kids. Left a very sour taste when we left.

Front desk staff was rude upon check in. Property was run down and dirty. Pool and fitness center closed. Had to park in another lot away from the property because parking at the property was full. Will never go back.

The room was loud because it was right by the elevator . no balcony , shower drained so low you were standing in 6” of water . the big deal was at 9 pm we return to the hotel there’s no spaces. . They have us at night drive 2 blocks away and park in an abandoned unlit lot. In the am there were 6 other cars there so apparently this is not rare they really don’t care about your safety of your property. A disgrace to the brand name . I never stayed and a country inn and suites so bad .

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The condition of the elevator and the carpet leading to the rooms definitely needs improvement. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

Not a very nice area around the property

Everything was super clean, and the room was really nice. The only issue we had, was the toilet wouldn’t flush for a few hours. I think they have an issue with septic, not sure but we were brought a plunger to plunge the toilet ourselves. The issue was there when we got into the room, so we had to clear the clog ourselves that was created by someone else. The air conditioner wasn’t the greatest either. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness is the most important to me, and I give them 5/5 stars on that.

Property was nice and clean for us, moving forward it would be nice for someone to come and clean while guest are out. Last day we needed more towels and room needed to be attended. Otherwise my impression of the place was great, I love that they offered juice, tea, coffee or water 24/7

Broken entry door on side of the property to where anybody could come in and out at anytime without card entry, musty smelling room, housekeeping comes around banging on the door at 830am. Unfortunately won’t be back to stay here.

Beds are comfortable. 24-hour juice bar is great. But bathroom curtain smells bad and the hair dryer in my room is very dirty. Toilet makes noise when flushing.
