The property was clean and the room was excellent! They had an onsite laundry facility that was convenient and well maintained. I left a jacket in the room and Arron went above and beyond to get my jacket sent to me in London before we headed back to the states. Highly recommend this property!

Just a very short walk from train station. The apartment was clean and comfortable. No A/C but fans are provided.Free laundry with soap. A very lovely place to stay and easy to walk to town and church.Stonehenge shuttle at train station. Simple breakfast provided.

Very clean, well maintained property. Very close to Elizabeth Gardens which has a great playground for children. Windows are frosted which means it is impossible to get much natural light in without having them open.

The accommodation was centrally located and easy to reach by car (own car park). However, the location of the family room within the hotel was very poor. The room was on the ground floor, which felt more like a cellar. The window in the kitchen was overgrown with plants, so it was very dark and there was hardly any possibility for fresh air. The master bedroom had no window at all. A door led from the master bedroom to the children's room, which also had no window. There was no way to ventilate! As a result, the flat smelled quite musty. There was a dehumidifier in the children's room that was supposed to stay on 24/7 but made loud noises. The other rooms in the house seemed fine and were in a better location. We would not stay here again as a family.

Perfect little apartment for our night in Salisbury. Clean, easy to check in and out of, and it had a laundry room where we could run a few loads for free, soap included. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and very nice service.

Amazing apartment. Great location free parking. We were even left a selection of breakfast items with milk. Even bottles of water and yoghurts in fridge. Only negative was building works being carried out right outside the bathroom window which started at 7.30am.

Great lodging! A very short walk from the train station, and yet very quiet. Smelled fresh, very clean. Our 1 bedroom was terrific. Full kitchen, living space with couch and tall desk table. Bathroom tiny but worked for us…and so clean! Bed was comfy. Front desk person was kind and welcoming. This place was ideal for a one night stay AND would be terrific as a base for several nights while exploring the area. Easy train to Southampton, and also to Bath. Busses that go to Stonehenge. Walking distance to spots of interest in Salisbury. The best lodging on our trip so far. We will stay again if we return to Salisbury.

Very lovely property close to the train and bus to Stonehenge. Very well equipped apartment, good breakfast and friendly staff. A very lovely stay.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (and an additional sofa is a bonus), dining area and the bed room are well allocated. It's a stone throw distance from Salisbury railway station and few minutes walk to town centre with souvenirs shops and restaurants. Efficient check-in with friendly staff too! Improvement needed: fixed overhead shower, walk in shower with only half screen door, no shower curtain that would cause wet floor in toilet; and the toilet bowl was not fixed probably.

Little noisy with lorries going to the industrial area at night but did not ruin our stay. We probably only heard them as we were jet lagged. It was perfect accommodation for what we needed. We would recommend it and will definitely be staying again on our next family visit. The milk and breakfast was a thoughtful idea!

A great place to stay - this is my third time. Always a friendly and professional welcome. The kitchen has everything you need utensil wise and then also condiments like olive oil and herbs. Breakfast for the first morning along with milk is really appreciated and a lovely touch. Will come again and also tell others this is a great place to stay!

It had everything we needed, clean, lots of breakfast foods, friendly staff. It was a little small for 3 of us but was fine for one night.

From the moment, I got there it was very easy. Lots of parking spaces, so most of Park very easily. The check-in was very simple effective. When I got to the apartment I found it very clean and spacious very comfortable had all of the cities that I need to. I highly recommend this. Staff are very friendly and the location is excellent if you want to look around Salisbury town centre.
