great place, clean and wonderful service but all our money had been stolen from the safe. the staff had a master key and opened the safe and took it when we were out. this terrible incident that occurred on the second night of our trip ruined our holiday and was very stressful as we had no money left. never coming back to this villa.

Great villa, location is good as it’s close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. There is a complimentary shuttle 3 times a day however it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main area. There are cafes,mini mart and laundry actross the road. The staff and service was exceptional, friendly and thoughtful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely stay at Aleva again :-)

Location was abit far and require transport but hotel staff and the property was awesome. Friendly staff made us felt at home and the villa was as advertised and clean!

I am so happy I had choose Aleva Villa as the staff very friendly and room very comfortable .. definitely will be back here again .. they are few staff called Dewi, Tia & July all are absolutely friendly and I give excellent for they service and it very surprise for the birthday celebration even I simply mentioned during my booking .. good job all .. keep it up

The staffs are very friendly, and try to always accomodate to requests. Location is rather quiet at night, but convenient, ~10mins away from the heart of seminyak. Recommended.

Staffs and their services were amazing, extremely helpful and polite. Villa looks as good as photos, if not bigger. Convenient area. Downsides, pool in villa is extremely dirty(so murky you can’t see the bottom of the pool). Breakfast wasn’t good. And lots of mosquitoes, fruit flies and insects. Floor was really sandy and dusty too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleva Villa. It is quiet, secure and is located pretty close to the shopping area. Dewi& Tia went beyond the call the duty to make our stay entremely comfortable. Its one the best villas Ive stayed so far in Bali.

We stayed at Aleva for 5 nights and it was just amazing! Wishing we had stayed for longer. The whole experience was perfect, the villa, the breakfast, the staff were so friendly.... all 5 star! Can't wait to stay here again one day :)

From day one till the last day of our trip, aleva villa have treated us with so much courtesy. They were amazing - the room service during the day followed by a another room service in the evening with a personalized message "goodnight Mr/s....", the flowers, the decorations and the smiles from staff accompanied with their greetings day and night. They go out of their way to help you and make your trip a special one. The rooms were luxurious. The pool was clean and convenient in your own room! The bottles of mineral water offered daily were also appreciated. I loved all aspects of the room. My son Zack will miss you all and i treasure every second i spent at the villa. I hope to visit again some day.

Overall, it was an amazing stay! The villa itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly. We recommend you request for villa no. 803 if you want a completely private villa with no buildings overlooking into the villa and is also away from the street noise and powerlines. Well definitely come back to stay here! We would have rated everything at 5 stars if not for the following few issues: 1. Check-in wait was long even though we emailed them a week in advance of our arrival time. We arrived at 3pm but still had to wait more than an hour for our villa to be ready. 2. Shower & Toilet area, even though theyre separated by glass, water from the shower area still flows into the toilet area and drain, so there was always a stagnant puddle of water in the toilet area. Sometimes we had to soak up the water with a towel because there was so much water pooled there. 3. The toilet in our villa got clogged easily and we had to ask the staff to fix it a few times before the issue was resolved. Also, just a couple of points to note: 1. Grab & Uber drivers are not allowed in this area. We were still able to get them to pick us up but they are very nervous about doing so. So if you call a car, be sure to be ready to jump in to the car quickly. 2. Even though room service officially ends at 9pm, we werent able to put in an order at 8:50pm so we recommend you put in an order well in advance. They do, however have a food delivery option available at the reception.

Aleva Villa is a compact all one-bedroom villa with swimming pool. It is like a terrace concept where one unit is located next to the other just like hotel rooms separated by high wall. They have about 8 units. It has a small lobby for check-in and check out but practical as relaxation should be in the villa itself. Breakfast is delivered to your room based on the selected menu. Services should be excellent as they are serving a small number of guests. They have a shuttle service foc going to certain places one way. The neighbourhood is lacking of anything worth while but a convenient store and a small local restaurant is available nearby. The villa is exactly what is shown on the various websites.It is fairly new about 8 month's old. Massage and laundry service could be arranged with their outsource service provider. The villa does not have washing machine and dryer. Parking can fit in 2 cars, otherwise you may park at the roadside which is not that very busy. Walking to Seminyak Town Square and Seminyak Village is a bit far and it is better to take the blue cab. In-house cooking can be done. Airport pick up and send off can also be arranged. TV channels and wifi speed is excellent.

Fell in love with the staff they were so friendly and accomodating. The bill overall had a very relaxing, home vibe. Not far from the craziness and main part of Kuta. Would recommend 1000 x over.

One of the best villa in Bali for sure.

Just amazing! My partner and I stayed there for a week. The villa was gorgeous. It was decorated in a nice contemporary fashion. The beds were extremely comfortable. You can have housekeeping come in daily or whenever you want clean towels, trash taken out, the place cleaned and the beds made. My partner and I really enjoyed the private pool after long day of travelling and shopping. Can't wait to visit again! The gift were thoughtful at the time of check out. Everything was beautiful from the friendly and extremely helpful staff to the villa itself. Special thanks to Agnes and Diane for the extra mile to help us. Excellent!

Very nice facilities with extremely helpful staff, always there to help. clean and bug free, the air conditioners work very well if you require them. The pool is a very good temperature and very well kept. Overall our stay was excellent.

The best stay I ever had

We are visiting Bali for many times and actually this villa is new and still offer opening rate, so it was very affordable, most of the design is white base which is i like the best thing about this villa was the private pool and bathtub, the wifi was fast, very relaxing, totally recommended for couple.

The experience overall was very satisfied, the villa is brand new, still can smell some of the paint, the wifi was good compare to other in Bali, They offer 10 option of breakfast daily, the room was comfy with pool with and en suite bathroom with bathtub
