I’m not giving this property 5 stars because it was not very luxurious. That said it was a solid, nice hotel that is in a good location. I would go back there. Pros- Roof has a great view of the acropolis Bookings seem to all include breakfast Indoor and outdoor pool Spa services- massage was very good there Rooms were clean, prompt housekeeping Firm mattresses Very central location great for walking Quiet Robes and slippers in room Guest relations female manager was super nice Rooms have bathtubs Cons- Beds could have use a better / heavier duvet Outdoor roof pool needs to have some tiles cleaned well on the sides Breakfast foods were not great, nothing super tasty or well prepared Rooftop cocktails very expensive compared to other bars in area Indoor pool and jacuzzi were cold Steam room out of service I booked a room thru hotels.com that was pay at property- hotel would not honor that and charged my credit card full amount a week before (I called and proper wouldn’t adjust) Rooftop dinner menu boring, basic and super overpriced Food at hotel had little to no vegetarian options TV was not a smart TV and only English channels were two news ones Some of the furniture seemed old/dated But overpriced overall Overall solid 4 out of 5 stars

We loved our stay here! Such a central spot for Athens! Great shopping and restaurants near by. The staff is lovely and the restaurant with the view is amazing! Highly recommend.

The location is excellent. All staffs were very nice and helpful. The breakfast room is a delight with great Acropolis view. The only deficiency was two of the electric outlets did could not be plugged in even with the correct plug.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were amazing. A complimentary breakfast buffet was served at the rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the Acropolis. The hotel was located in the heart of the city and walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. It was also just a short walk to a number of historical sites. Will definitely stay here again!

From the moment we entered the lobby the service was impeccable. We arrived a few hours earlier than our check-in to drop off our bags, and they gave us the room on the spot. Room was spacious and elegant with a very generously sized balcony. The rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the Acropolis was the icing on the cake for our stay. We loved our time there and will return again.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The room was very clean, and the facilities were very modern and sleek. There was some noise from the street outside quite late into the night which could be an issue for light sleepers. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

The hotel was very good. Clean and in a good location. The AC in the room was not great which was a little uncomfortable since it was almost 100 degrees outside. The hotel on the roof top was very good. Amazing view of the Acropolis. The service was just ok. There were 3 servers and I think it was meant to feel like we were being well taken care of but it felt like we were being rushed even though we were only sitting there for in total 90 minutes. We opted to not get dessert there as a result. Overall i would still recommend.

Only here for one night before leaving on a cruise. Great location, easy walk to restaurants, shops and Acropolis. Gorgeous views from rooftop bar. Nice room, friendly staff. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The breakfasts were very good, the staff friendly, and the location is very convenient. The only complaint ( very minor ) would be that the street noise is very noticeable. But we had a very nice experience there.

Always love staying here. Proximity is key when you are visiting Athens with new visitors to the country. Third time staying here in the past 7 years. Only thing I was concerned about was the temperature of the swim spa downstairs; it was colder than I remember. Keep up the great facility Electra Metropolis!

The fitness center is not even close to acceptable for a 5 star property The rooftop restaurant food was average, much better food within a stones throw of the property, views are spectacular, hostess staff were generally rude and snobby. Cleaning staff entered our children’s room at 8am and startled them on day of checkout to start cleaning to shuffle us out of there. Not the experience or value for what we paid.

Great location—Easy walking distance to historical sites, shopping, and many amazing restaurants and tavernas. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic dinner on hotel’s rooftop with gorgeous view of Acropolis. Really enjoyed our stay (family of 4 with daughters in their 20’s).

Amazing location and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Breathtaking views from the restaurant and perfect walking distance to all shops and major tourist attractions. Everything is beautiful in the hotel and even little extras like free waters on extremely hot days! 10/10 hotel!

We recently stayed at the Electra Metropolis in Athens, and it was a good experience. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the city’s landmarks like the Acropolis, is incredibly convenient. The hotel’s design blends modern and classical elements beautifully, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. Our room is comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with its Metropolis Roof Garden restaurant serving delicious breakfast and offering panoramic views of Athens. Overall, Electra Metropolis Athens combines a fantastic location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Beautiful Hotel, very friendly people, we feel spoiled with the warm welcome. Beautiful view to the acropolis. Great location, walking distance to the tourist attractions and shopping.

Nice location, walking distance to many touristic points, as Partenon, Plaka resturants and many others. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and the food is nice. Our flight was late, so they've allowed us to use the spa at night to take a shower and change before going to the airport. The room is quite small with no view, although we've booked an executive room to city view.

I would like to express my gratitude to the general manager and her assistant for their help. We encountered an issue with our reservation, but they assisted us in resolving it smoothly and without any hassle. We truly appreciate their support and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.
