Hotel said that Hotels.com/Expedia needed to upgrade the pet expense from $35 to $50 per day to reflect the actual pet charge! Everything else was great!

Great place to stay close to Disneyland. Room was clean and comfortable and despite it being close to the freeway there was no freeway noise coming in. Great breakfast spread as well. Would definitely stay here again

This is a very family friendly hotel. The staff was nice. Their breakfast had many options. Overall our room was clean. The only negative thing is they only have 1 small elevator. So when’s it’s check out time it’s harder to catch it.

I had a nice trip and a nice stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and was kept clean, and the wifi worked well. The hotel is _very_ close to family for me, but depending on where one is going, a car might be necessary (parking is free and easy, happily). The property is basically next to the highway, so there's plenty of traffic noise outside, though the rooms are quite well insulated. The area itself is not the kind of area most folks would be comfortable walking around in at night — not actively unsafe, but not the best.

The hotel is nice but the room bathroom need it to be more clean. Feel like rush clean we saw some hair and the sink and dust on the bathroom sink splash back.
The good think is they had big bottles of hands soap and body cream and shampoo that was nice to have.
The breakfast was excellent many options for everyone we love it.

I loved everything about this hotel, from cleanliness, amenities, staff, free breakfast, location, and how spacious the room was. I was attending a wedding and brought flowers and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The moment I stepped into the room, it was so clean and bright! I would feel comfortable sleeping in the bathroom. There were desks, seats/chairs, outlets everywhere, sufficient lighting, clean sheets, large fridge, and microwave inside the room! I will definitely be back! I’ll even stay here if I go to Disneyland because they provide free parking and shuttle service to the park. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

To start the staff on site were fantastic! The problems came with the bill, I was charged $500 for smoking in the room, we don’t smoke so I tried calling the desk but there’s no direct line, I finally talked to someone at Hyatt and they explained the bill I explained not smoking she said I’ll investigate. Perfect, next two days I get a voicemail and email explaining the charge. They had been told we don’t smoke but so far they’ve ghosted me. I’ve emailed and called left messages but nobody has responded. Super sad cause $500 isn’t something I can just toss away. Equally as sad nobody has addressed this.

Overall a decent hotel! It was comfortable, clean and had enough amenities to be worth it. It was also next to a Sprouts so we could get some necessities. Also close enough to uber to attractions that didn't cost us a fortune.
I'd stay here again just for the convenience of the place. But it is literally in the same parking lot of another hotel so it can be confusing for uber drivers when picking you up or dropping you off.

Very convenient, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Dining area space is a little tight. Nice pool. Free Disneyland shuttle and just a short drive to all the Anaheim attractions. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, parking was included, there’s complimentary breakfast and the staff was very nice. Everyone we met was friendly, but the night front desk staff member was especially helpful. When we checked in, there was some confusion with payments on our side, but he broke down everything and explained it for us in detail. He also double checked with his manager the next day just to be sure and clarified it again. The outside of the hotel is a little dated, but we have no complaints about anything. It was quiet, the beds were soft and only 15 minutes from Disney. We would stay here again!

Excellent property, had a fantastic stay for a week and could not complain for the price. Definitely recommend if you are looking to go to Disneyland or orange county area and if you enjoy some free breakfast.
