Great location for beach and golf. Restaurant choices and clubhouse were good. Slippy tiles on ramps and lots of stairs. Entrance roads are almost dirt, driving through fields of bamboo. Little intimidating at first.But resort is very good, with multi lingual, helpful staff. Would stay again!

This was an absolutely beautiful location. We had views of the ocean, beach, dunes and golf course. Stunning!

You can't beat the view! Gorgeous ocean view and the beach was VERY quiet. We walked it morning and evening. A nice change from some of the busy places we have been to. The apartment was HUGE. Very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped kitchen. We hope to return!

House was very huge for 4 of us. It was in a great complex. Unfortunately, we didnt spend much time in the house. Just stayed in the night and left in the morning. Kitchen had everything for us to cook our meal. We had a great stay.

The Beachfront Praia D'el Rey was amazing! We stayed in a 3-bedroom townhouse which had ample room for us and our 3 children. The venue was very clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed to make dinners or have a relaxing night in. The location is close enough to do day trips to Lisbon, Peniche, Nazare & Porto. The views from the balconies and the beach itself were incredible! My adult son found the gym to be sufficient and the restaurants were delicious. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Loved having our own townhouse that was very spacious with two bedrooms and three bathrooms along with two separate balcony areas overlooking the pool and ocean. The pool was right below our unit and the ocean beach right there. This was a great deal for the price as we stayed there mid-April. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. We only had lunch and drinks at the Clubhouse once, but it was very good and fairly reasonable. We did not a chance to use the Mari restaurant. Our only complaint would be once or twice having to wait for the shuttle to bring us to the nearby Marriott property where are friends were staying. Overall, a great property. We would highly recommend.

The property itself is amazing, incredible views of the beach. Luisa at the Club House was the best host ever! Friendly, helpful, and just a great person. The team at reception were also amazing. They went above and beyond, staying late so we could check in, providing suggestions for places to visit, and including local knowledge to help navigate the area. I wish I got their names, Juliana & ?. We will definitely be back one day!

La vista al mar desde la terraza y todas las ventanas de la townhome es increíble. En verano debe poderse disfrutar muchísimo. Sin embargo, en invierno debes permanecer en el interior para aprovechar la calefacción.
Desgraciadamente, la unidad que nos asignaron no contaba con agua caliente, y en una temperatura exterior de 8-10 centígrados resulta indispensable. Mala experiencia en una propiedad que se dice y cobra como de cinco estrellas.

Beautiful beach front balcony and view. Modern and pretty interior. Didn’t like presence of ants in bedroom. Great shower and bathroom with heated towel rack but some water damage to bedroom and hallway wall noted. Could use hair conditioner in bathroom. Uncomfortable overly firm bed. Woke up with back pain. Didn’t appreciate late check in at 4 pm and early check out time of 10 am.

We were in an amazing apartment at the Beachfront with a large balcony and full on view of the Atlantic! Nicely appointed, spacious. The views and pristine, quiet beach were the best!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom, it was huge and spread over 3 stories each with its own large balcony looking at the ocean. Very clean and well equipped. Only downside was check in location is a bit confusing to find and closest town is a 15 minute drive. But gorgeous beach!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Five star. The townhouse was wonderful and the view was amazing! The front desk staff was friendly. The bed was too firm for us, but not terrible.

We really enjoyed our stay! The 3 bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The views were breathtaking and we were right on the beach! I highly recommend staying here if you'll be in the area. Just make sure you have a car because it made our lives so much easier to have a car to get around the place!

Really nice apartment with a breathtaking wiew! We dont miss a thing here! This was a selfhold apartment, but we ordered breakfast as well! We were told that our breakfast were served at Mare Restaurant close by the apartment! Mare was open the day after arrival, but the rest of our vacation the restaurant were closed!! Disapointing!😔 But overalt we had a great stay! 👍

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront very much! Apartment was lovely and comfortable and the view was amazing! So close to Peniche, an amazing beach and surf town and to Óbidos for some historic Portugal. Great getaway for a golf holiday or just to relax. Food at the restaurant was very good and service was great!

We wanted a relaxing sun and beach layover between Lisbon and Porto and planned to stay 2 days. The location, property and beach are beautiful BUT it is a ghost land. No one is there except golfers using the course.
The restaurants were disappointing and overpriced. Service although very friendly, was spotty. Fish was prepared poorly at Mare and burgers were served raw at the clubhouse. What a shame! This place could be very special with the right management.

We did not stay here because we could not find the hotel. The area is beautiful and wish we could have enjoyed it but we spent over an hour driving around into the dark trying to find the place. We called the hotel and were told to look for signs for another hotel and follow accordingly. GPS kept sending us to a dead end, we couldn’t locate signs for the other hotel, and the person on the phone was not helpful. We ended up staying in another hotel in town. Hopefully Hotels.com will help the situation and issue me a refund.

We stayed here for one night as a last minute change of plan to break up the journey from Lisbon to Porto. What a find! We will definitely be back and next time for longer. The Villa was superb, beachfront location, wonderful views even though the weather for our stay was awful! It wasn’t busy due to the time of year and the resort itself is quite isolated. We were disappointed that the resort supermarket was closed for the winter season as we needed some provisions so ended up getting take out from the Clubhouse for dinner, which was fine. Couldn’t eat out due to our daughter being poorly so were grateful that they did take out! They provide a small welcome pack with a few teas/coffees etc with a note stating further supplies can be obtained from the supermarket but obviously not in winter! Luckily we took our own milk as this wasn’t provided. These are only minor negatives as we will definitely return just better equipped! Obviously the resort caters for golfers which isn’t our thing but it wouldn’t put us off returning.

Amazing and stunning views of this wild coastline from the huge balcony. Off season so quiet and peaceful. Apartment felt quite cold as the weather wasn't great but we felt very relaxed here. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Have stayed in the resort before as we enjoy the golf course but it was really good to self cater. There was also the option of using the hotel facilities (pool, spa etc) for a small fee.

The townhouses on the resort are only worth staying in if you are prepared to have to drive at least 15 minutes everywhere anytime you want lunch/visit anywhere or use a decent shop. It is not a suitable place for families with young children. Absolutely no atmosphere at all and we were shocked at the difference between the hotel, which had helpful staff and good facilities and the resort where the staff were rude, unhelpful and lazy (especially at breakfast where no one was present half the time, no clearing of tables, poor selection of food) the beach is lovely and the house itself was very modern. It’s unfair to suggest it’s a family resort when to access the playground it’s 10 minute shuttle bus to reach! If you don’t mind hiring a car and are into golf then it’s worth a visit but I wouldn’t recommend to families

Outstanding townhouse and beach was lovely and quiet with superb waves to surf and bodyboarding for the kids was excellent. Ideal for family beach holiday.
