Staff was very respectful and polite. Rooms are cozy and the bathroom was new-marble counters and big showers. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any family friendly content on the tv but that’s my only concern. The elevator was fast and housekeeping was kind and helpful.

First at the front desk I checked in the person did tell me how to get to my room I asked him where do I go no one gave me directions how to get to the rom until asked The room was filthy crumbs n the table the floor dirty thank God I have my alcohol spray bottle with me. I spray everything in the room and i cleaned the hot tub as well I saw dirt everywhere made of he tub the.room smells like smoke I turned on the bathroom fan stayed on all night I told them about the problems he sent housekeeping to vacuum the floor I came with my sheets but after I removed their sheets the bed sac full of large blood stains I went to have a Mother’s Day rest I had a nightmare please don’t go there if you have asthma or have problem breathing or if you are looking for a clean smelling good place this place s not for you is for smokers it’s stink in the rooms they need to do something about the 2 chairs filthy dirty I was afraid to lay my bags on them I told them but they didn’t care Please spend your money somewhere else so you can breathe in peace and I paid $158 plus for that room other clean hotel are cheaper why I asked???? Never again

Roaches in the bathroom. Stained pillow and sheets. Room was on 3rd floor elevator was broken. TV remote was broken. Smoke free room smelled of smoke as well as the hallways.

There was bed bugs infestation inside the room 220 I left the room and slept in my car I do have photos and I filed s complaint with hotels.com I also will be filing with the Bbb and the city

Hairs all over the tiny jacuzzi! Bed unmade also unstable made very poorly. When I called front desk they where very unbothered and careless. This was my second time here first time was good this time it was terrible!

It needs to be updated and the elevator rarely works with 3 floors to travel.

It needs to be renovated from top to bottom. I cant imagin why anyone would want to use the jetted tub. Im not sure if it has been properlt sabitized after each use.

Not for me, not very clean, very dated, hallway carpets look old and quite dirty, virtually no amenities.

2 person bed hostels are becoming scarce, and this one is well appreciated. Close to everything a tourists needs. This is not the place for you if you plan on doing more than sleeping and preparing for the next days adventure only to return to rest up for the next day. Its loud, its gritty, its community based and its just right for travel.

Have some self-worth and don't stay here. IT'S A SMOKING HOTEL, which means the place stinks of cigarettes and weed. The elevator seems to be in disrepair and the hallways and stairwells are filthy. It's not worth even the peanuts they charge for the room.

Bed sheets were dirty. No towels on the restroom. Front desk staff did not wanted to chanage the sheets when I called them. I had to take the bed sheets myself to the front desk, show them the stain and get a new one. Elevator makes loud noise and hard stops. There is no certificate of inspection on it. It is a safety hazard.
